南方公園舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Southpark)

Wir sind hier während einem Familienurlaub für 9 Nächte abgestiegen. Das erste Zimmer (Erdgeschoss zum Parkplatz) haben wir wegen Lärm und Sauberkeit im Bad abgelehnt. Das zweite Zimmer war im 5.OG mit Walk Inn Dusche, zwei Queen Size Betten ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Zimmerrreinigung erfolgte von Montag bis Freitag jeden zweiten Tag und war dann aber als hervorragend zu bewerten. Das integrierte Frühstück war für amerikanisches Frühstück in dieser Preisklasse sehr gut sortiert. Unser Fazit ein gutes Hotel nahe der Interstate 95 mit vielen umliegenden Speise und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist sowohl für Reiseübernachtung wie auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Beom nächsten Familienaufenthalt ist es wieder eine Wahl für uns.

The staff are not respectful of others privacy or room. THE ONLY PEOPLE NICE ARE THE REAL WORKERS WHICH ARE THE HOUSEKEEPING! They were the most nice and caring and respectful people there! LOVE HOW THEY WOULD ASK IF YOU NEED ROOM CLEANED AND HELP TAKE TRASH OUT FOR YOU! The bathrooms were not fully cleaned and would have hair and dirt everywhere. My phone fell behind the bed and NOTHING BUT HAIR AND DIRT WAS PILED UP! Carpet was not too bad except our white socks were black socks after walking on them for the day. The lady at breakfast was mean to my kids she yelled at them for getting their own food and remind you my kids are 11 and 9!!!! So MORE THAN capable of getting their own food!! Just would NOT RECOMMEND! Not to mention LOUD PEOPLE down in the conference room, throwing a birthday party randomly and having the kids running everywhere through the entrance halls! Do NOT stay NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!

Overall for a quick 1 night stay it was not bad, we did have to switch rooms as the first one smelled of smoke even though it was a non- smoking. Breakfast was included which is nice typical hotel breakfast though they could have had someone else helping as breakfast was packed and the food and were running out faster then it was being replaced.

Excellent location, close to shopping and dining. This property is next to a very stinky lake, really off putting smell. Once in, the person at the front desk was amazing, friendly, helpful and insightful. Really appreciated his help. The room was clean and the bathroom was great! The only thing was the water pressure was low, but overall great experience. Very nice and convenient that there was room delivery pizza service! Pizza was great!

Terrible experience with very unprofessional staff. The check-in staff did a terrible job attempting to get us to our room. There were 2 people working at the time, both weren't knowledgeable of the procedure and both showed a lack of professionalism. They ended up giving us the key to another families room under the impression that it was our room at 2am in the morning. We walked in on the family!! We will not be returning to this property ever.

This property was NOT what I expected. There was duct tape on the elevator door, holes in the bed linen, broken lamps, and very noisy.

I stayed on the fourth floor on 2/14/24 and the room next to mine played loud music from the time I got into my room at 9:15 p.m. till 9 something this morning 2/15/24. I called the front desk and eventually had to go to the front desk. My guest and I got little to no sleep. I eventually checked out before 10 a. m and check out was at 11. I have stayed here before and had no complaints.

Big suite, good breakfast and a guest laundry. Longhorn Steakhouse nearby and a Bowling alley not too far.
