「We have a fantastic experience here only AC problem that the hotel can’t fix it for us. Long story short, at night it’s cold and the hotel has changed the AC to hot ONLY! We can’t sleep because it’s too hot for us and we needed to open the door of the terrace for all night to cool the room down to sleep. We informed the staff and she told us that she can’t do anything for us because it’s control all of the AC in the hotel so she recommended us to open the main door and the terrace door for the wind to keep the temperature down and it worked perfectly. So 2 nights that we needed to sleep with the door open but it was a fantastic experience still! Thanks for the staff that trying to fix the problem and make the situation better.」
