科倫坡設有 Spa 的熱門飯店

酒店位置優秀，就在海岸邊上，在房間就能看到海邊小火車，樓頂的無邊泳池也很優秀，既能看到科倫坡城市的喧囂也能看到印度洋的夕陽，房間不算大但設施齊全乾凈，很符合國人對酒店的要求，美中不知的是酒店辦理入住的效率較低，需要等待的時間有點久。

酒店很好，這次入住前台小哥服務很差！本來我們訂了房間的(3人，其中1位小朋友)，看到房間床太小(2張1米的床)，後來想加張床，問了加床需要3000盧比(摺合人民幣75元)。可前台那位小哥說加不了，因為房間滿了。(加床與房間滿有關係嗎？加的是可移動的小床🛏️) What？後來沒有辦法，看到攜程上還可以訂房，就直接又訂了一間房。 現在小哥無法圓沒房的借口了(雖然這個借口與加床不相關)……晾了我們很久，最後說有房間了(理由是有人取消預訂)……哎！

Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

房間乾淨似是而非,我們3個人只缺乏沒有牙刷,只有2條毛巾,我們支付了3人。早餐還可以,只有麪條沒有煮好,因爲仍然很難咀嚼😅。(仍有改進空間) 主要亮點是我們從行李員Mangala那裏得到的服務。他非常樂於助人,平易近人,總是微笑。 其他人則很容易得到公共交通,即車和汽車。 我們肯定會再次回來的。 謝謝

優點:這家酒店坐落在一個非常好的位置，如果你能在10樓以上靠前麪的房間裏可以看到很漂亮的景色。在獨立日(2月4日)之前，我們很幸運的看到了遊行隊伍。缺點:不要期待有5星級的設施，這裏的設施都非常舊的，需要相當大的改造。而且經常排滿了商務會議，因此你會在吃早餐的時候或在大廳裏看到很多人。這讓我們感覺我們也在商務旅行。沒有小孩子的遊樂區。游泳池沒有溫度控制。

I contacted the hotel to make a confirmation for my brother-in-law's anniversary dinner and was connected to Chamath Gamage, who supported me with a positive attitude & extended to help me out with the reservation since it was a special occasion at the hotel too where seating is limited. Thus being so Chamath reached out to Mr.Denver to seek advise. Within a span of 30 minutes Chamath called me back & confirmed informing me that the reservation is successful & the hotel could have my brother-in-law & his wife to enjoy their anniversary evening at the hotel that evening. I am grateful for Chamath for making the service matter along with a supportive team who was able to facilitate our request midst the special occasion. I wish Chamath & Mr.Denver Good luck in all endeavors to carry out the positive service mindset to all customers they meet.

從我的角度來看,斯里蘭卡最豪華的酒店,建築設計好,優雅,氛圍、傢俱和配件爲酒店增添了優雅。酒店的全天餐廳“中央國際”是斯里蘭卡酒店最大的自助餐之一,各種食品從意大利,日本,泰國,中國,斯里蘭卡,印度等,食物超級美味。他們在每個角落都有直播烹飪站,甜點角爲自助餐增添了這麼多色彩,他們有一個驚人的客戶服務,爲我們服務的莫山和馬杜拉的兩個人非常出色。

It was a nice experience to have a dinner at noodles in this friday evening. Food was delicious and the staff are very helpful. We had one vegetable ramen and three noodles from meat items. Everything were perfect with fresh food items.

This property is gorgeous with the old world charm and the food and cocktails are amazing too . But above all, they ace in hospitality. The staff , right from GM to everyone else are so warm, courteous and helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable.I had a ligament tear in my ankle while in Srilanka and be it GM Mr. Siddique , Mr. Emmanuel, the bell boy Mr. Sujith, and the rest of the staff , they were all so supportive and caring that I was totally moved by the way they took care of me. Strongly recommend this place with its beautiful people to all and I will surely be staying here again when I visit Srilanka
