Clean room best servicefriendly and kind resection highly recommend to every family

由於沒有接待處，只能透過平板電腦辦理入住。只有一間，辦理入住時排了很長的隊。 而且房間已經4天沒有打掃了。 總的來說，房間真的很好，位置也很完美！

Perfekt für Kurze aufenthalte

The interior of the hotelroom was perfect and the location is fine. The check in is online, so without any staff, that was okay. Unfortunately the hotelroom was quite dirty. The toilet seat was dirty, hairs in the shower, hairs on the bed and a dirty carpet next to the bed. We called to have an extra clean after arrival, but after that the same hairs were still in the shower... We did get some drinks and chips to apologize. Also we missen a little fridge, a water boiler and a little closet or something else to hang up your coat. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay longer than one night and/or if you care about hygiene.

你必須自己辦理入住手續，我在網上辦理的，這對我來說沒有用，當我在酒店辦理入住時，我一直以為有錯誤，和我們在一起的另一對夫婦是第二姓氏改到頭等艙也無法辦理登機手續。最後我們用德語或英語透過電話解決了問題，花了40分鐘。 房間又大又好，床很舒服，浴室很大。我們在預訂時不知道的是，出於環保原因，房間每兩天清潔一次。 “我認為鋪床與環境無關，毛巾的事情可以理解” 你可以吃早餐，但不是自助餐，而且種類很少，但這取決於口味，為我們服務的人很好。 飯店大廳很宜人，如果你想喝點東西，這裡有一個飲料機，幾乎什麼都有，包括2歐元的啤酒。 周圍沒什麼東西，但酒店比看起來更中心，步行 12 分鐘即可到達市中心的商業街之一。兩分鐘路程外就有地鐵，可帶您前往中央車站。

The hotel itself is in good condition and whilst I understand that technology is used instead of people and that this enables savings to be put into lower prices and sustainable products, unfortunately the only staff that were onsite every morning were the people that make up the rooms who were EXTREMELY noisy in the morning, screaming and shouting to each other as they made up neighbouring rooms. To make it worse as the rooms are only serviced every other day, we were literally forced to listen to it for at least an hour each morning (until we actually had to get up and ask them to be quiet several times), so we were disturbed even on the days we shouldn't have been. Lose lose in my opinion. Some kind of supervision is needed. I suspect also low rates of pay are involved for these staff and so I would question the hotel's true sustainabilty agenda and credentials - perhaps have a look at UN SDG 8.

The app worked fine until the final night. We came back around midnight to find we couldn't open the hotel door. At this point the lack of staff did feel like an issue

There is no front desk attendant, and you need to have an internet signal to receive the code to enter the building the initial time. If you are traveling, be sure to have cellular service.

No staff to help you, the only staff available is the cleaning ladies and they are rude, don’t want to give you the items you need, have an attitude problem, the blankets they have are not washed properly and have a bad smell, I got insect bites of some sort. They cleaning ladies doing speak English or even German, they only speak Turkish, how is one who supposed to communicate with them.

Family of 4 with two teenage children. We all appreciated the extra privacy of the curtained bunk beds and appreciated the little shelf to keep phones and book etc! Comfortable beds and clean room

Enjoyed the space and the ease of entry without keys- beds were comfy and the bathroom facilities like rain head shower and towel warmer elevated the experience. Appreciated the hairdryer that actually worked and mirror lighting- felt like I could wash and dry my hair nicely. Thanks

The room showed signs of wear. There was marks on the walls and on the two small fabric seats. The shelf within the bottom sleeping compartment was also heavily stained. This was a shame, as we stayed the previous week in the same type of room and it felt new

We had a great stay after all. We had booked the quadruple room and have changed our mind as that room was not as we have imagined with no sofa or television just bank beds. It was very depressive so we have asked for a change. Despite not having any staff at the hotel, they were reachable through a phone call and have managed to help me to change the room. We are pleased with the service without any staff at the hotel, ha! Hence, great hotel for digital savvy customers. This hotel is also closed to the city center which was great for our 2 days stay.
