安博塞利AA小屋飯店的評論

安博塞利的酒店可能都比較一般，而且每家房間都不多，所以非常難定，酒店位置很好，靠近安博塞利國家公園，定的小屋，感覺比帳篷好一些，設施都比較老舊，衞生環境也很一般，但是服務還是可以的

接待處的工作人員很友好，只在接待處和餐廳提供了一杯無線網路來歡迎我們，但品質都很差。女服務生說，餐廳裡的食物很合理，因為無法用信用卡付款。 1900先令的金額最初變成了19歐元！計算出來的。經過抗議，價格變成了 17.50，我們給了 15 歐元後，也同意了。 （實際匯率不到14歐元）後來我們乾脆在酒吧用信用卡支付了……我們租的2個帳篷裡的淋浴幾乎沒有水出來，而且很冷。帳篷本身還算合理，但帳篷的地板在某些地方幾乎從層壓板中掉下來。就我們而言，這不值得重複。從主幹道到最後一段約 1 公里的路段非常崎嶇不平。安博塞利公園入口距離主幹道 5 分鐘車程。

窗簾的清潔度需要檢查。冰不是用瓶裝水做的。無線網路故障，只能在接待區或餐廳內使用，只有友善的工作人員可以挽救。

Schönes Anwesen, gepflegter Garten. Essen soweit okay bis gut. Personal freundlich. Viele Tiere die man sieht (insbesondere Äffchen) sehr schön. Nahe gelegen bei Amboseli Park. Zimmer sind sehr gross. Badezimmer leider echt alt und dreckig wirkend. Warm Wasser vorhanden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo struttura per una notte, a seguito di un safari alla riserva Amboseli. Il nostro cottage era molto basic ma dotato di ogni confort. Il ristorante a buffet prevedeva diverse portate tutte buone. Alla sera è stato eseguito anche uno spettacolo Masai attorno al fuoco.

Lodge a pochi km da un delle entrate al Parco Amboseli, struttura curata solamente nella parte frontale, le ultime strutture sono lasciate al caso, erba alta, poca illuminazione e strutture poco confortevoli. La stanza, una superior, dove ho alloggiato faceva parte di una serie di stanze a schiera. Non era presente un climatizzatore nè un ventilatore (era veramente necessario). il letto era scomodo, il materasso basso e duro non consentiva un ottimo riposo ed aveva la rete per proteggere dagli insetti strappata. Insetti, tanti insetti all'interno della stanza, zanzariera del bagno rotta (impossibile aprire le finestre) Non ho utilizzato il balcone con vista Kilimangiaro in quanto lasciato all'incuria. (la finestra non ha la zanzariera) Piscina non curata, 5/6 lettini arrugginiti. Cibo nella media. Personale cortese.

I was visiting this lodge with my family and we had booked a year in advantage for 3 cottages for 10 people. When we arrived only 3 out of 10 got a cottage and rest got an extremely warm tent with no mosquito nets around their beds, bouncy floor, no doors for toilet and very small beds (1200x200 for a “king size bed”) for a family of 3 and 4. It was a real hassle and a big frustration for the rest of the family to sleep without the mosquito net and hotel didn’t give a sh*t about it. It was only after hours of complaining they send some staff down to the tent to set up the mosquito nets. Their manager claimed that malaria is not existent in this part of Kenya which is a straight up freaking lie. After a lot of trouble and continued complaining about that we ordered 3 cottages in a year of advantage they booked OUR rooms for their tribe family (which the receptionist confirmed that they were) we ask for some compensation for our drinks at the meals (we stayed for 2 days cause of safari) that we AT LEAST should get for free. A very small demand for a lot of negative energy and hassle. That was denied by their manager because the tents and cottages cost the same (theirs a WORLD of difference between the two kind of rooms) The compensation was that the rest of family got the cottages the next day (that we already had ordered in advantage) that was booked because their friends and family had our rooms. The staff in the reception, and manger doesn’t give a sh*t about customer service and would rather have their friends stay than tourists that have payed and booked rooms. Never this again!

Es un buen sitio para descubrir el parque de Amboseli, está muy convenientemente situado cerca de la entrada y con vistas preciosas del Kilimanjaro. El personal es muy servicial, la comida es bastante buena y tipo buffet, si viajas con niños esto es un plus. Las instalaciones están limpias y rodeadas de mucha vida, te encuentras monos y otros animalitos en el mismo recinto. Como negativo, las instalaciones están viejas y quizás deberían cuidarlas un poco. Pero tampoco echamos nada en falta y pudimos disfrutar de una habitación familiar y estar los 4 juntos, también un plus en Kenia.
