In the heart of the city center of Colmar, in the district of the golden triangle, Haussmann apartment of 100 m2 and 3m30 high ceiling, located on the 1st floor of a mansion overlooking the park of Champ de Mars.
We offer you a high-end service: our rates include cleaning *, the supply of linen (beds and bathroom) and a parking space covered and guarded.
We welcome you throughout the year for your stay in Alsace.
The apartment has two bedrooms located in a quiet street, with comfortable beds (160 and 180 m wide) and a large living room / dining room overlooking the park of the Champ de Mars.
* if staying longer than a week, cleaning and change of linen once a week.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 55 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Lovely & convenient apartment
We had a fabulous stay at this lovely apartment. It is a 10-minute, flat walk from the train station through a lovely park! Our hostess was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and kitchen well-stocked. It was nice to do a load of laundry. The location is a short, easy walk into the Old town to explore the beautiful village! Thank you for a great stay! Would highly recommend this property!

Beyond beautiful!
Gorgeous roomy apartment, beautifully decorated in perfect location. Across the street from a lovely big park. And covered parking a few steps away. Walkable to everywhere. Quiet and safe. We hated to leave!

Top Wohnung in bester Lage
Sylviane ist eine sehr sympatische, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit sehr viel Feingefähl für die Einrichtung und Design. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen - danke Syvianetral. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage gegnüber ist kostenlos. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen - danke Syviane

Fantastische Ferienwohnung
Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung zu 100 %. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung anspruchsvoll in Design und Ausstattung und einfach zu Wohlfühlen. Kurze Wege zum Parkhaus und in die Altstadt. Wir waren absolut begeistert!

Excellent séjour
L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos.
Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire et bonnes recommandations sur les restaurants.
L'appartement est décoré avec goût, très propre, la salle de bains et la literie très confortables. Emplacement idéal. Le parking est vraiment un plus.

Beautiful Colmar
My husband and I spent three weeks in Colmar and visiting the many special villages. One of the perks is being near the train station and bus line which gave us access to anywhere. We wanted to go. The one thing to be mindful of is the apartment is right across the street from the park which often has loud bands in the evenings. Other than that our stay was amazing.
