Appart'hôtel bien placé et agréable pour y passer un séjour. Personnel avenant et disponible.

A few pluses and a few minuses. Plus-staff, unique building, location, breakfast buffet all great. Minus-we hated the beds. A very thin, very light “mattress” on top of the frame. It kept sliding off. We thought we would fall off the bed several times when we would go sit on it as it had slid off the bottom. Or in the night if you moved it moved with you..also feeling you’d fall off. Bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom. On the opposite side of the door. So if you got up at night you had to take your phone/flashlight with you or risk turning the light on and waking the other person as it flooded the room with light. Some rooms don’t have elevator access. That quickly became a pain with a spiral staircase. Lack of storage space for 2 people. I likely chose a smaller room economically than other choices so be aware. Pluses- very nice buffet, not “American” but definitely more choice than some European buffets. Great breads. Clean and always bringing out food. Very nice and friendly staff. Location is maybe a 10 or 15 minute walk from the train station. Nice buildings, clean rooms. Good lighting and water temp. The bed issue just was too negative for me.

太棒了!!!!!!服務卓越!!!房間乾淨舒適。強烈推薦這家酒店!!! 所有工作人員都非常友善和樂於助人。我認爲這是該地區最好的酒店之一。 我們沒有時間享受健身房和游泳池,但環境也很棒!!

Loved our stay. The room is clean and comfortable. Missing some basic items like tissues and hair conditioner but it didn’t bother me. The breakfast is excellent value for money and delicious. I looked forward to it every morning. Ideal location. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Nice lobby area to relax.

定的家庭房，價格比其他房間都貴不少，但是來了之後發現和其他房間大小沒有啥區別。沙發床也沒有提前鋪好，需要給前台打電話。有凈水龍頭、微波爐和熱水壺，這點還是比較方便。離老城區走路10分鐘。

酒店就在火車站對面，前台服務非常好，辦理入住後立馬給了一張科爾馬的旅遊地圖而且還畫圈給了個線路圖，我們到達當天是從酒店走路去中心點的也不算遠，就按畫圈的地圖來。第二天早上發現酒店周邊有好多的巴士，還可以搭去附近的小鎮走走。科爾馬不愧十大最美小鎮之一！

服務很好，每個工作人員都很熱情，房間雖然小了一點但這個價位能夠理解。重要的是房間很乾凈，早餐很棒，很喜歡餐廳的氛圍和環境

Abbiamo soggiornato il questa struttura in una delle nostre tappe per la visita dell'Alsazia ed è stata una buona scelta per la scoperta di Colmar (distante solo pochissimi minuto di auto dal centro). Hotel pulito, molto pratico con ampio parcheggio esterno incluso e personale gentile. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Rossano & Gioia
