All staff are nice very clean and hospitable hotel. Highly recommended

The breakfast was good! The breakfast had several options and was very filling. I was an actually buffet; there was pancakes, eggs, cereal, sausages, home fries, tea, coffee, juice. Overall great experience.

Très agréable séjour, personnel souriant, chambre très propre et fonctionnelle !! Petit déjeuner très bon , l’ensemble de la structure est propre et neuve, hôtel bien situé du mignon centre ville , commodité et à 20mn de la plage de Wasaga ! Le seul négatif mais hors de contrôle de l’hôtel : les gens qui claquent leurs portes.

El hotel bueno pero la atención mala

This a a great plave to stay while in town. I would definitely return here for my next stay in Collingwood. They do need to get hottub heater working. Only warm water not hot at all but nonetheless great hotel and very friendly staff. Cheers

The hotel was great overall. Lots of parking. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the hallways to the elevators and the room. Staff were all wonderful. We didn’t take advantage of the pool or hot tub but they appeared to be in good shape. The pool was rather small but not a deal breaker when booking. Breakfast was good nice to have hot and cold options. OJ was fantastic. Wifi was good. Bed was comfy. Only complaint I had was the kids running around in the hallway but they quieted down by the quiet time set by the hotel. Would recommend to stay here.

This new property was super clean! The staff I encountered were very professional. The breakfast was excellent. The food was fresh and plentiful. I’d stay here again

Limited comfort outside of building, inconsistant scheduling for room cleaning. Room not cleaned as originally informed, surprise cleanings at random intervals without notice as my stay was for an extended period of time.
