住宿方回覆: Hey! Happy to hear that you are using all of our well-equipped co-working and laundry facilities in the social space. No excuse for the smell as it might be due to the cleaning chemicals, weather conditions and humidity levels in the room. While it's a bummer to hear that the overall experience wasn't top-notch but we're delighted to hear that you're satisfied and found the stay to be of value. See you again soon! 住宿方回覆: Hey We sky, thanks for sharing your stay experience. Love to hear you love where we are, right next to where the good restaurants and supermarkets are. Fair point on the size of the room as what we offer here is quite different from the traditional serviced hotel, focusing more on the community aspect with the well-equipped shared kitchen, launderette and amenities on the ground level. We do have kettle, hot/cold water facilities as well as ironing board in our social space and we'll work on communicating these amenities better to all first-time lyf users. lyf is all about eco-friendly practices and keeping travel green hence we are promoting reusable options in our communal space. Next time feel free to speak to our lyf Guards on duty as we do have a tonne of room types with different layouts which might suit you a bunch more!Much love, The lyf Crew

We’re all about eco-friendly practices and keeping travel green! We do offer a full or light housekeeping service depending on your stay duration, feel free to approach the lyf Guards at the Say Hi reception and we can make some arrangements for you. We hear you on the shower experience, it's on our agenda to avoid such messy bathroom situations for our next property. At lyf, what we offer is quite different from the traditional hotel experience, as we focus more on the community aspect through our social spaces to encourage guest connection.
