州立學院歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn State College)

I tried checking in at 7PM on Monday 3/27 and I was told that the room wasn’t ready but it won’t be too long. I was a bit surprised, but didn’t make a big deal out of it. Long story short, I didn’t get the room until 8:30PM and cleanliness was not up to standard, clearly a quick sloppy job.

We called ahead to request a room near the exit due to my daughter having surgery on her leg. We were assigned a room at the far end of the property near a door that did not have clear access from the parking lot. Also, our toilet overflowed. We used multiple towels to absorb the water, reported it to the desk, maintenance was prompt and cleared it however no one thought to send someone in to clean until I requested it. The individual who did clean, wiped the floor with a mop… no rinse! She never wiped the toilet. There was water on it from the overflow which was never cleaned up! Unacceptable. I had cleaning products and did it myself. I am not happy!!

It was a busy weekend, and they were short-staffed, but I waited in the lobby for over three hours after check-in time before my room was ready.

Check in was at 3pm. Arrived 430pm, room was not ready until 515pm

Cockroaches and bugs in room- hotel and room was filthy! Hotel told me I would be 100% refunded

Bathroom was yucky with hair in bath tub and generally felt unclean. Old property which is screaming for upgrade

There was a rumbling noise heard in our room that was literally constant. Sounded like the elevator motor?? Didn't sleep one wink.

severely short staffed! I installed a shower curtain! beggers seeking money at the door!
