Hôtel très confortable notamment si vous prenez l'appartement avec deux chambres c'est parfait pour 2 couples par exemple. Les lits sont très grands et très confortables.
L'hôtel dispose d'une cour intérieure aménagée pour pouvoir éventuellement prendre un verre lire ou se détendre.
Le petit-déjeuner est complet.
Et tous les jours de 17h30 à 19 h, l'hôtel propose un apéro à ses clients.
L'hôtel est dans un endroit calme et pas près d'un grand axe.

The hotel was promoted as a luxury hotel. Therefore, our expectations were relatively high. However, it has not been updated in many, many years. The tub was the most problematic as it did not drain properly while showering. Our efforts to clear the drain with limited resources did not work. I ended up taking a sponge bath because I didn't want to stand in gross water.

La atención por parte de las chicas de recepción (Paty y Aylen) fue excelente super amables y atentas, en general todo el staff. El desayuno básico pero muy rico, tienen una hora social donde ofrecen snacks y vino. El ambiente muy agradable. Yo me hospede ahí 11 noches y sin dudarlo regresaría

The facility has a lot of potential and charm. However, the room was incredibly dirty. Dust on the furniture, dust in the air vents and tons of dust/hair on the baseboards. The whole place just felt dirty and gross.

It was charming! The staff was welcoming, it was clean and we were cozy. We didn't stay long only one night, but it was so much better than the traditional 1 room hotel. This was like renting an apar**ent. Could use a few updates here and there. We loved it and would stay again.

The deposit policy is outrageous. I couldnt sleep well cause my upstairs neighbor made noises all night long. Then there's no one to help out in afterhours. Not booking here again.

Very accommodating for guests with pets. Since there is no elevator, having the front staircase unavailable for safety reasons is a real hardship for guests who have rooms close to the lobby but have to use the back stairs to access their rooms. Hope they get this situation corrected soon.

The property was older but well maintained. The inner pool area and outdoor amenities were very nice. The kitchen was a nice surprise to have. We would definitely stay there again when in the area
