This hotel is a real gem very clean spacious and welcoming on entry bedroom was very spacious and clean lovely big bathroom too The swimming pool and jacuzzi was perfect and very clean too. Breakfast had a good selection. And I would fully recommend staying here if I’m the area as for the rate it was compared to other hotels near gatwick airport it really was a real find and I’d certainly stay here again Plenty of car parking which is free so that adds no extra cost overnight This is a real find and perfect for anyone that needs access to gatwick airport at lower costs than hotels near the airport.

Not a normal hotel but they certainly know how to make their guests feel comfortable. Rooms are large and comfortable, pool was great and food was very good but what stood out most was the staff. Everyone I spoke to was happy and certainly could not do enough for me during my stay.

Think moving restaurants and bar nearer to reception and main entrance would get use people were coming in no one behind the bar and going elsewhere long way to come from rooms to find no one there plus having to go outside to get there not ideal

Great stay, very clean, nice pool, great breakfast. Great all round!

Stayed on the way up to Gatwick for one night.The venue is a upmarket conference/hotel/training centre.Overall very good experience for the price although I found the evening meal choice disappointing and not much atmosphere in the restaurant.There are a couple of pubs within a couple of miles.The grounds are superb.

Every member of staff at this, strangely named hotel, ( Its a training/business centre) gave fantastic service. From the friendly, and quick check in at reception to David in the bar in the evening. The room was spacious but could benefit with a desk lamp to work with, if you are there on business. Would have expected an iron and board in the room, again for business, people. I dare say if I had needed them and asked the excellent staff would have provided them. The bar meal in the evening was delicious and very good value. Breakfast was good but as a buffet would have preferred to serve myself, most hotels are permitting this now. The leisure centre and pool was very good and had a lovely setting. We will certainly stay at Roffey Park Institute again.
