The Inn at Burlington, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

L'endroit était en rénovation au moment de notre arrivée. Nous n'avions eu aucune information à ce sujet ni au moment de la réservation ni au moment de la confirmation courriel. Nous sommes arrivés tôt donc notre n'était pas prête: ce qui est correct. Nous avons demandé des informations pour trouver une borne électrique: on nous réfère à Google. Nous avons demander les informations pour nous rendre au centre-ville: on nous réfère à un plan papier... Au retour, notre chambre est prête. Nous demandons de pouvoir séparer la facture à trois: sans problème, il va mettre une note au dossier...finalement non la note est prise entièrement sur une carte de crédit. Au moins, la chambre était propre et rénovée.

Arrived after midnight and the man at reception was very helpful, cheerful and absolutely made my day by just being an excellent human being.

Airport shuttle cancelled without notice. Hotel renovation ongoing- but you will eat breakfast in a building site. No non processed food options. Only attribute is that it's only a mile walk from the airport. Staff were generally useless- so this is just an averagely mediocre hotel

All of the staff were pleasant, and welcoming - always appreciated. The room (two double beds) was okay. Clearly a bit outdated. Carpet floor was a little musty. There were several decent stains on the carpet (white, red, yellow and blue etc). The heater was about six thousand years old and had enough dust inside outside all over it to make your allergies act up. It was gross enough that we shut it off and put a towel over it. Bed was firm but good. Bedding (sheets, blankets, etc.) was stiff - not very comfortable. Good selection of channels on TV, Netflix, YouTube, etc. microwave and fridge were nice. Plenty of space for clothes. Picky but there was no shower gel in the provided bottles in the shower.

Electronics were questionable shuttle service out of service but did get vouchers

We were on a bus tour of Vermont and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was no maid service. We were asked to put our used towels in the hallway and they replaced them with clean while we were out. They did not have a bathmat for the shower and the surface was slippery. We used one of the towels. Breakfast was included with our stay. They offered eggs, sausage, cold & hot cereal, toast, juice, and coffee. I believe there may have been a waffle maker too. The same items were available every day. On the last day, they put out fresh fruit. There were between 20-25 seats in the breakfast area. Certainly not enough seats for the many people wanting to get breakfast. Twice we left the hotel to walk down the street to a convenience store to buy breakfast sandwiches since there was no seating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Proximity to the airport is a plus.

I can always count on La Quinta to provide a consistent experience. This hotel is well located near the Burlington, Vt airport. Staff was professional and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was great!

We cancelled our second night because the first was so loud. We were awakened at 3am by loud noises, slamming doors. This went on for a long time. Our room was clean but hotel was under construction and general areas weren’t impressive. Burlington has a serious housing shortage and I think this hotel rents rooms to the homeless. I understand that this might be a solution to a difficult problem, but I haven’t encountered this in any other hotel I’ve stayed in. I guess I was just unprepared for that. The staff was very nice.
