特魯羅希爾頓歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Truro)

The young man at the front desk was kind. The breakfast was included. It has scrambled eggs, sausages, juice, some fruits, yogurt, cereals, waffles makers, toasts, hot beverages. I like how they put at our disposition recyclable trays to bring back to our room. The room was clean-ish (except for dead squashed bugs on the wall and door). Overall, it was a nice stay.

It was conveniently located just off the highway, where most lodgings would be a motel for a quick overnight before hitting the road again. This hotel looked and felt more upscale. The room was very clean and reasonably priced. We arrived late. However, the lobby store had a deli and was conveniently stock with a variety of snacks so we could quickly grab something to eat before bed. The free breakfast was fantastic and not just cereal!! It gave us a peace of mind so that we continue comfortably on our journey.

Our family stayed here on several days occasions and found the experience to be very good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. We all enjoyed the breakfast- it had many options. Overall- a great stay.

When i arrived to the hotel to check in i gave Kaitlyn my Mastercard and when she swipped it she said the card cant be accepted it has to be an credit card then another staff member came to the desk he had blonde curly hair i didnt know his name and Kaitlyn told him that she cant accept my mastercard so i asked the both of them if i could use a different card and they both were laughing at me and the guy said we will accept it this time but next time wont happen then continue laugh at me so i went to the car to get another card went back to the front desk Kaitlyn swipped the card and handed me the debit machine thank god i looked down because i noticed the price was higher then what i seen on my account for ******* i looked up and was like why are you charging me more and didnt tell me before i left to get my card Kaitlyn said its a fee they have to charge honestly at that point i didnt wanna argue i felt so embarrassed and upset and hurt of how i was treated and basically laughed at the whole time checking in to the hotel so i payed then later on that night my hubby went for a shower and got out the drain to the bath tub wasnt draining the water properly and took 20 minutes to fully drain the bath tub after this experience i will definitely be spreading the word around NovaScotia about the staff will make you feel out of place and not welcome laugh at you and i took pictures of the room of how dirty it was with dust and the bath tub not properly draining.

Very noisy at night and early morning. Walls and ceilings paper thin. Would not stay again. The staff were nice.

Front desk staff were confirming with some guests that bed bugs were found the day of check in (we checked in with a large group for a sports event) and other guests they were denying. Unfortunately due to hotel capacity, was not able to check out and move locations. They closed the hotel down the day the group checked out. Very disappointed to see how this was handled by the hotel

The only thing I would change, there weren’t black out curtains that went the entire length of the windows.

Super bien situé pour 1 arrêt d’une nuit. Proximité de beaucoup de type de restaurants à moins de 10 minutes d’auto. Personnels très accueillant. Déjeuner appétissant Belle chambre

No towels and the staff seemed incapable of getting them to us in a timely manner. Front desk didn’t answer the phone. Wife had to go down and request in person.
