眼淚莊園飯店 - 小型豪華飯店(Hotel Quinta Das Lagrimas - Small Luxury Hotels)

The place has a lot of history and the staff is very nice. There were no VIP benefits at all. I don’t think they even knew about ******* VIP. Breakfast is o.k. Bar service and tapas were very good. pizza o.k, pasta not so much. Because of an AD accommodation the hotel did offer a room in the “main house” however it has step to the bathroom and smelled stale and dusty, and the window was tiny , the room didn’t look inviting at all. The other rooms in the spa area were bigger and clean. It’s a long walk however to get anywhere from that part of the hotel. One minus which the hotel should invest in, Nespresso machines in the rooms! This is the first hotel we’ve stayed that doesn’t have Nespresso machines in the rooms for a morning coffee! (Nescafé with hot water is absolutely not an acceptable alternative) The reception, restaurant and bellboy staff were outstanding!

A wonderful welcome. Lovely front desk staff.great help and explanation of location. Fantastic food. Absolutely delicious. Garden Room good but not as good as the rest of the amenities. It wasn’t something that would ever stop us from Recommending a stay to anyone else as it was a wonderful historic experience staying at La Quinta.

Beautiful place to stay whilst visiting this area. It takes you a little out of the city. About a 45 min walk to town. The gardens here are 700 years old with trees that look as old. Many paths to walk down and many gardens to explore. The AC in the room was fantastic. The breakfast was a lot and delish. The hotel itself was an old Castle. If you take your time to explore you will find a chapel, old library along with the main quarters. A wonderful historic hotel !

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die Altstadt von Coimbra ist bequem zu Fuß nach ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Pool und Fitness-Möglichkeiten, schöne Lage im eigenen Park.

Total Disappointment!!! Ownership and management do not care for this hotel. The place is run down and lack staff to accommodate the most basic services in a hotel. Rooms are outdated and lack basic amenities of wash cloth, iron and ironing tables. Public areas are dirty and have black mold. Restaurants are poor but the few staff members are trying their hardest to satisfy guests. The gym is poorly equipped and dirty. No clean towels! No idea how this property is considered a 4 or 5 stars. Don’t be fooled by very old pictures and videos.

街中までは少し離れていたが、それは事前の予約時に承知。 タクシーも呼べば、すぐに対応してくれたので、特に不満なし。 思ったより市内観光が早く終わったことと、レストランの食事時間に時間がかかったので、少し早めにスタート時間を予約しておけば良かったと思います。

Extraordinaria estancia en Quinta Das Lagrimas, espectacular finca con mucha historia y muy bonitos jardines. El restaurante Arcadas muy bueno. La atención en general por todo el equipo ha sido muy buena.
