このホテルに初めて宿泊しました。部屋のつくりはIbisホテルに共通したものでした。洗浄済みなのでしょうが、ベッドシーツにシミが複数付着していました。使い捨てスリッパがないのが不満です。おそらくIbisのグレードでは使い捨てスリッパを用意しないポリシーなのでしょうね。3 Starsレベルで考えるとこれが標準レベルなのかもしれません。

Had a wonderful stay and the room was wellaintained on daily basis. The food at breakfast was good. Overall had a good experience and I liked it very much. The fragrance from the both lobby was good and smells very good

About to Mention here The Restaurant team was so helpful and friendly at all the moments, Food was so good we loved the breakfast buffet. Cocktail which we got amezing too . Rooms are clean and filled with pleasant smell overall we have enjoyed a lot in ibis Coimbatore

Good hotel with value for money . Near the lakshmi mills junction . Rooms were compact and good . As a welcome amenity had some fruits in my room which was so nice … hotel has a restaurant and bar also . Did not have any food during my stay . Rooms were well maintained .

Madeshwaran housekeeping - BSC catering, is the best I have seen. I have stayed for over 13 days July 25-Aug 10, 2024, at IBIS Coimbatore center and my experience with this staff is incredible. He should be immediately elevated to front desk reception desk and customer service interaction roles with the necessary internal training. IBIS will significantly benefit while providing growth opportunities to Madeshwaran. He has the customer focus, and goes out of his way to take care of the business. Room service was done well and good. Mr. Rajiv cleaned the room and replaced the pillow cover and bedsheet neatly and also the washroom was cleaned well. The water bottle and glasses were kept clean. Thank you for the cleanliness maintained by the hotel and Mr. Rajiv.

Came for a training in Coimbatore, the room was very comfortable and the hotel staffs were very friendly and they took care specially agalya and Vinoth in restaurant were too gud . I stayed for 5 days, I felt like my home. Thank u team the food was so tasty and they served on time.. .

It was a very good experience for a family. Breakfast was good. Room is not so big.But was clean.feel it's little expensive .The swimming pool was good. I would like to express my thanks to chef Deepk for his kind gesture of making dhal kichadi for my 9 months old baby.

Wonderful service at the restaurant specially breakfast with 3 types of Pongal fantastic service by Mr Vinod and Kishor Logesh raj dosa was very nice and thin they have mysure masala dosa as well that was amazing housekeeping Mr Abimanyou and Hari , Pandi who was very helpful in keeping the rooms meet and clean Rohan and Rahul were very welcoming at the Front desk
