The hotel is conveniently located 15-20 min on foot from the city centre. It is clean and the staff are friendly. From the upper level rooms there are nice views of the city.

Booked via ***********, Hotel located about 1km far from the downtown climbing the hill. A bit noise as closed on a high traffic road. Breakfast can be improved for its variety. Staff with very well spoken English and friendly approach with good suggestions about how to move and where to go.

Amei a recepção do sr. Diego e sr Gustavo, recepção estava cheia mas eles mantiveram o bom humor. Foram gentis e ainda ganhamos um upgrade. Usamos o room service, ok. Para chamar o hotel tivemos problemas para ligar, quando conseguimos a menina de reservas nos informou sobre o site para realizar a resrva e foi tranquilo. Fez a diferença, foi curtinha a estadia mas gostamos de tudo. Obrigada!

Personale molto accogliente, gentile, flessibile, pronto sempre a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Le stanze sono curate e molto pulite. La colazione è ottima. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Facilmente raggiungibile e ben collegato.

Nice and simple hotel, 10 min walk to the city center. Rooms are large and clean. Had a bit of a hot water issue (seems to be on timer of sorts) but nothing major.

**Bad things** Very stiff bed. Bad smell while heated floors Hot water in the shower came after 15 minutes of letting it pour Noisy neighbours- thin walls, you hear almost everything **good things** Very close to the old city centre You can get discounts depending on the offer
