克里夫蘭大學圈醫療中心Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Cleveland University Circle/Medical Center)

I stayed at the Residence Inn because I had a Pet with me. I had a hard time when I asked for room service. I had to keep running up to the guest desk every couple of days to get fresh sheets, towels etc.. I asked for vacuum and bathroom cleaning, nobody ever showed up. When I first walked into the room, kitchen floor had broken glass in the corners and floor was very dirty. I liked to breakfast though. Staff was friendly. I just couldn't get any room service when requested.

I have stayed here a couple of times and it is always nice. Check in was smooth and the rooms were clean and the staff very pleasant. Breakfast was also good and it is very convenient proximity to the Cleveland clinic and there are places to eat around the corner if you need a quick bite. Lots of restaurants a little distance away.. couple of minutes .. I will stay here again if visiting Cleveland.

The hotel was close to where we needed to be, and it looks new, and if it were well cleaned it would have been very nice. However, the housekeeping service was not very good. We tried to use the sofa bed, but when we removed the cushions, the mattress below them was very dirty (cookie crumbs, etc.), the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, we had to call to receive full ones, and they entered the room to get the garbage, but did not make the beds.

The check in was fine. The service was awful. Needed extra sheets and pillows for the pull out couch. I had to call 3 times to finally have them delivered and they didn’t have extra pillows. Also needed another set of towels. Called the front seat 3 times again to have them delivered and no one ever showed up! The breakfast was poor quality and cold. Will not be staying at a Marriott again

The Stay was Very Nice. Hotel was in Great Condition. The Staff was Engaging, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful. The ONLY issue was with Parking. We got in very late but expecting there would be an easy Parking Solution. Apparently the Parking Lot was full and no real Parking Spots around the Hotel available. Luckily a Staff Member was leaving a bit after we arrived and were able to Park in a spot generally reserved for Check-In. This allowed us to alleviate concerns at a late hour.
