Very nice hotel staff was great. There’s only two things that were of issue. One was the shower. The water was only lukewarm so made showering quite a disappointment. The other issue was upon check out. Everybody was checking out at the same time and had to wait 40 minutes to retrieve my car from valet. Very nice hotel overall but I cannot give it five stars because of those issues

The entire staff was excellent. From check-in to valet aswell as the servers at the restaurant. Everyone was kind and helpful during our stay. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise considering we didn’t see it on the website. The pool was very clean. Our floor was quiet and the room was very nice. Bed was perfect, the wife and I both thought the pillows could have been a tad better. One pillow wasn't enough and two pillows was too much. I know, they're are worse things in life.

We were greeted when arrived by an wonderful man at the desk who made us feel so welcomed. We had called and were told we could check in early but when we arrived early, our room was not ready but he accommodated us with a great room with 2 beds and a complimentary breakfast for the inconvience. We went to a play and then dinner. When we returned we enjoyed a drink at the bar. The staff was amazing. There was a gentleman there working with Down's Syndrome and he was was great! He took pride in all he was doing and had a smile on his face the entire time. (I am a retired Special ed teacher and that brought such joy to the evening). The other employees were amazing with him! We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and had amazing staff greet us and serve us. Carmella was one of our servers and she was so friendly and efficient. The vallet parking crew did a great job as well. We do not travel much so this experience was terrific.

The staff was amazing and it was a great location. They switched my room, which was fine since I didn't need a handicap accessible room. It was just what the website gave me but the room I had was a bit shabby with towel bars hanging/out off the walls and there's not a lot of warm water for showers. It was clean though.

Super friendly and helpful staff across the board. Room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Walking distance from Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, dining, and more. Upon getting settled in, the front desk called up to the room to check in. I told them that everything was wonderful - it was just a bit dark, as a few lightbulbs were out throughout the room. They sent maintenance up right away to address it. The next time I’m in Cleveland for a concert, I will absolutely stay here again.

Super nice staff-room was so quiet and clean for a much needed rest, check out wasn’t until noon so we didn’t feel rushed. Huge draw back is parking-you could pay the $45 valet or risk a municipal garage (still have to pay).
