Friendly greeting when I checked in. Since I have to use a walker, they carried my bag to the room. Room was clean. Was told a few times that if I needed anything, let them know.

if i could put zero stars i would. there was roaches absolutely everywhere. it smells so bad. it’s loud in the hallways. it’s terrible. main office came banging on my door in the morning.

Was immediately greeted by roaches in the bathroom and room. The shower head had a leak that made water shoot up into the ceiling. Check in was easy.

None of the doors actually locked, there’s people outside hanging around cars and smoking by the doors constantly. The hotel was run down and not very clean. They don’t offer ANY kitchen utensils with the room and the office isn’t available at all hours.

Dump. Don’t waste u time or money. I couldn’t even get in the room because the card key didn’t work after being programmed twice. Left the key on the front desk counter and walked out, past the clerk who was outside smoking and found other accommodations.

The room above mine was noisy. I could not sleep have the night unbelievable. At two in the morning someone knocked on my door trying to get in. It was unbelievable. I asked for a wake up call at 5:30 in the in the morning unbelievable.. I will never stay there again. The situation was such that I got no more than two hours sleep

i would never stay here again if my life depended on it

We were very disappointed with this hotel, from check in we had a problem. We paid in full to reserve our room but when we got there we didnt get the room we reserved. They also do not clean rooms the entire time you are there and taking out your garbage from the room is your responsibility. We will never stay at this hotel again it was just awful. Also pictures on ********** for this hotel are really not what rooms look like. Kind of deceiving
