El lugar es bello pero la limpieza de las cabañas mala estuvimos 4 noches y no limpiaron,ni un día tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas,la señora que trabaja en la piscina donde está la sauna y hay una piscina adentro y otra afuera es poco profesional no hay toallas en las piscinas cuando llueve cierran las piscinas y no abren más en todo el día.las personas de la cafetería son muy buenas y amigables pero cierran temprano y no hay otro lugar donde comer algo,las máquinas que venden sodas no funcionan y se cogen el dinero no hay actividades después de las 8:00pm que cierran la piscina

This place is very quiet and is very pretty. However do not plan on getting a good night's sleep. The beds are HORRIBLE! I slept on the couch and luckily my wife is small enough that she could push the 2 chairs in the livingroom together and make a bed out them. If they could provide decent beds this place would be amazing. Unless that happens i would never recommend this quiet beautiful place to anyone.

Great location, old resort with sp**** and uncomfortable furniture, cobwebs everywhere outside unit and stairs. Worst of all- no working fireplace-just opening covered with yellow caution tape that was not lovely to look at. Resort made no effort to notify guest of such prior to checkin. Balcony had choice of kiddie picnic table or swing covered i cobwebs. No rockers, adult chairs. We left early.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff prior to visit and on-site. Hillside multi-unit cabin was very comfortable and view of mountain from balcony relaxing. I'd book it again.

Bathroom safety bar in tub was broken and barely hanging in wall. Cob webs and spiders were inside living room windows. Decks around units had areas where the wood was spongy when you walked on them. Area was quiet and views were beautiful.

This place looked good online, we had points to use or lose so we booked it, first clue something was up, a Terminex truck met us before we’d even gone in the unit, asked me to go in and see if we saw bugs, it was midafternoon so I didn’t, when we pulled our luggage up the stairs the steps crumbled and came loose from wood rot, the unit itself was clean but very dated, there were notes posted all over “if you do this you’ll be charged”, if you do that you’ll be charged” but no efforts to update the unit. The second morning, killed a roach in front of the starkest, that night one came down the wall next to the fireplace and I killed another one in front of the stars again. Bed in main bedroom was small and very cheap, shook whenever we moved. Would not recommend this place.

It was the most horrible place I ever stay in. Pay for atraccións that wasn’t in order to use

My overall rating of this resort and everything about it is a negative number upon checking, there was nobody in the office to check in. Then when we got our room, we noticed that there were rat traps, rat, turds, and rats because they ate part of our food. There was a hole in the wall in the master bedroom. There were six people in the room. They only gave us five sets of towels. If we wanted extra towels we had to pay them $25 not a deposit. We had to pay a dollar for every roll of toilet paper and $1.50 for every extra roll of paper towels.

Check-in was pretty simple. We got in after 4 and our keys, parking passess, and resort information was waiting for us at front gate. There is loads to do on site including swimming, mini -golf, paddle boats and canoes, horseback riding, etc. The resort called me about 5 days before check-in to confirm and get our information because you need resort passes to do the amenities on site. Lots to do in the area as well including hiking, wineries, and nature stuff. Close to Helen, Yonah, Clevelend, Dahlonega. Our condo was neat and clean and just right for our family. Gorgeous view of mountains and lake from the porch! Really enjoyed the stay.
