La recepcionista se porto muy grosera con nosotros entiendo que cuidaba la estancia de los demas huespedes pero creo que con una llamada de atencion hubiera bastado.pero hizo un escandalo muy grande por nada ni volvere a esas instalaciones

Not the cleanest, hallway had a musty smell. Mattress had stains on it. Had issues with the heater and told front desk. All the repair person did was switch it to the a/c so it was freezing when we got back to the room. The heater never really warmed the room after that.

Awesome room, staff very helpful and printed some docs I needed in an emergency. Breakfast was superb!

Woman who checked us in was sooo friendly and sweet. Makes such a huge difference! Hotel room was clean and smelled clean.

This is the second time I have stayed and I will stay again in the future.

The staff was great. The breakfast was great. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was mostly clean, but the floor in the room and bathroom was just dirty. The carpet was stained and the tile under the raised lavatory had spill stains. The tile in front of the toilet and tub was clean. The office chair legs had dust accumulation and the ceiling fan as well. It just needed a good deep clean - dusting, mopping and carpet shampoo. For the price, which was a bit pricey, it should have been clean. I like the location and it is close to stores but in a quiet, safe area. We didnt have a chance to use the pool.

The staff were super nice and helpful.

The property was very clean and was newly updated! We had a pleasant experience with the front desk clerk when we checked in.
