For the price we paid, i expected alot more. The room (our 1 bedroom suit) had a leaky toilet (after every use we would get a stream of water running from underneath); did noone report it before? the sleeper sofa had a very grossly stained mattress protector. We asked for it to be changed or give us a clean one, noone responded to it. We vacation alot and never had problems like these after paying so much money per night.

Perfect location, perfect for family fun. Too bad the Hyatt Regional Sales Manager spoils everything with blatant monetization of every aspect of the experience. There are price tags on every minute detail here. Sad. I've been going here for 10 years and can say everything seems to go down-hill a little bit more every year after Hyatt purchased the property. It took be 5 requests to get bath towels. Things like fans don't work in the room. Do you prefer a muddy field to hang out in by the pool? Or do you prefer the roped-off high-ground VIP lounge? Oh, that costs a lot extra. Give me a break Hyatt sales hucksters. People pay a decent amount of money to stay here, they shouldn't feel like they are being fleeced every second they turn around. On the positive side, the location is excellent, the pools are amazing and you will have a great time regardless of the greed-factor going on here. Pro tips: get reservations for Stovehouse a week in advance to visiting to ensure you get a good time there. Order the Steak Frites at $52 it's great! The exact same cut (minus the bone) goes for $110 at Hoist House. Bring a nice blow-up bed if you have two kids or more, the sofa beds are barely passable as "beds". Get a river-view room, the view is amazing. Stop into the little grocery store in Roslyn for some produce in the refrigerator section in back- looks/tastes like it is picked that day from a local farm! Amazing! Visit Heritage Distillery. Have a great time regardless!

We had only a view of the parking lot. For a room, even with kitchenette, $345 a night was exhorbitant. Coffee table leg was broken. An overpriced Motel 6.

Suncadia Resort it’s just an amazing spot for a quick getaway staycation. We just loved it, we actually did not want to leave.

Great staff. Great and clean pools. Restaurants are very spendy. Need to provide a better map for trails and roads on the property

The lodge is under renovation, which this was not disclosed upon reservation. The main restaurant was not open for dinner; we had to order room service which came 30 mins late with cold food due to the staff being overwhelmed. Additionally, a water main broke, which resulted in all guests being evacuated from the lodge around 10pm for 30 minutes to wait outside in below freezing weather. Management never addressed this issue with us or provided any apology or compensation. Following the broken water pipe, we never had proper hot water in our room for the remainder of our stay.

Shower curtain with mold all over it, towels left out all over pool area frozen to the ground, dangerous, no where to walk bc it’s icy, no microwave or fridge in room even tho that was promised. 2 large containers of hot chocolate empty, so we had noting to drink while waiting hours for a room, and it’s dark outside. Waited 4 hours after check in time to get a room. Chaotic and crazy in the lobby. Jets broken on hot tub but you don’t know until you go out there in 1 degree weather.

We really liked the surrounding area and outdoor recreation options. However, check-in was long and our room was not ready and available until 5:50. Also, our dinner, in the dining room, was sub-optimal, there was just no taste to the dish. Our breakfast, in the dining room, was excellent! Not sure what the difference was.

Broken elevator, long waits. Pool doesn’t open for kids til 10am. There was a bandaid in the steam room and pool area was dirty.
