No functioning shower and no resolution! This was our first time staying at Suncadia. We did not think to research whether our room would have a mini fridge because what hotel doesnt?!? Spoiler alert, there are no fridges in the double queen rooms, so our snacks went to waste pretty quickly. Second, we asked the front desk if we could borrow a board game, but they do not have any. They do put out containers of stale smores supplies each night with no receptacle to put the supplies in, maybe your hands? Lastly, my daughter and I went to the hotel hot tub at 9 pm. There were dirty, wet towels all around the hot tub. We got in and noticed a strange smell, and then turned on the jets and the smell became very sewage-like. We went back to the room to shower and there was not hot water. I called the front desk and they said the water is "tricky", but sent an engineer. My daughter and I sat in stinky swimsuits for 2 hours and Adrian at the front deak would not allow us to shower in another room or switch to functional room without paying an additional deposit. Adrian said that there were no managers on duty and they would be sleeping! Like my 9 year old should have been! Finally, i developed a rash and washed us with water from the sink using the ice bucket. What a horrible experience! Also, they were sanding the baseboards all day in the hallway outside of the guest rooms and we woke up extremely congested. The property offers no continental breakfast, very few amenities, and is not very clean. Two thumbs down.

Loved our stay for the third year at Suncadia. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our suite was the perfect option since we skied most days, and included the kitchen and laundry facilities needed to make that helpful. Our dryer was broken, but the staff ensured we had other options to dry out after getting wet outside. The only negative is the lack of dining options and apparently limited restaurant staff given one is stuck with only two options on property. Our first night, the waitress was clearly over her head and the server (while all incredibly pleasant!!) took 20 min to get to our table for water. The second and third nights, we went to dinner earlier (perhaps before the rush) and the stress levels were lower and better. Not a knock on the servers, more an observation for management to consider during peak days and hours.

Restful, delicious and content Excellent sleep and rest, gorgeous view from patio, and fantastic customer service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Stovehouse - the steak with the brandy cream sauce was consumed completely and much happiness from doing so. Seasonal veggies were very flavorful as was Beet and Goat Cheese Salad. Drinks at The Source bar in the Lodge were much enjoyed, including the Enchanted Lemonade and Mango Creamsicle and the cellar wines.

Very dates property! The hotel was underwhelming at best. The property was very dated. Two days in a row we got towels with holes in them. There seemed to be absolutely no attention to detail. Our room had a sofa bed but in order to use it we had to move a large and heavy coffee table and there was no space in the room to place it. We ended up putting it in front of the door (so we had to move to open the door). The person who checked us out was very nice and helpful, but otherwise I would describe service as apathetic at best!

Property was very clean and systems were organized. Easy check in and check out. Beautifully maintained. Overall a 10/10 stay!

My room was not ready until 5:30pm! My snow boots got stolen from fitness center changing room.
