Where do I begin. To start, the bed was about as hard as a sheet of plywood, in fact I'm sure I would have gotten a better night sleep on a sheet of plywood. I ended up having to go down the street to get an air mattress to get some sleep. The shower didn't get super warm so taking a shower after working at a job site was not super enjoyable. There was visible water damage next to the shower/toilet. Finally to cap the entire stay off I woke up after my second night sleeping on the air mattress I had to go buy since, AGAIN the bed was terribly uncomfortable, I went to put my pants on to go to work, and a BLACK WIDOW crawled out of my pants. I was able to capture and confirm the species of the spider by the red hour glass shape on the bottom of the abdomen. Since the office wasn't open before I left for work that day I packed my stuff up and left. After work, I came to check out (since the black widow was my last straw), and I was charged for a 3rd night because I was "checking out late" even after showing the lady working at the front desk the picture of said black widow I captured. The reply I got from her was uninspiring, and showed a lack of empathy. If this was my only option to stay in Cle Elum I would rather sleep in my truck than stay at this establishment again. If you do end up staying here be sure to check your clothes every morning in case a spider has made a home in your clothing over night. Needless to say I will never be staying here again!

Super friendly staff/owners, clean room, safe and quiet. I had been traveling alone for a bit and brought my own pillow and sleeping bag so didn’t sleep in the bed - but the mattress wasn’t too firm or too soft, it worked great. It was nice having a microwave and fridge and I had my own instant coffee and food. There’s a grocery store a mile away and easy freeway access plus a cafe next door, breweries and bars all within walking distance. I only stayed one night, it is as advertised- I wasn’t looking for a five star hotel with plush towels or slippers so this gets five stars for being as advertised and affordable.
