舒適飯店和套房利物浦 - 錫拉丘茲(Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse)

It was an ok stay, but the cost of the room did not match the accommodations. The rooms were clean but there was a large bee under the shade. Someone did come to the room to assist with the removal of the bee which was very helpful. Additionally, it was a very warm few days and the air conditioner appeared to work during the day but in the evenings, it did not come on no matter what the temperature on the unit indicated.

Many aspects appear to be updated, especially from the exterior, but other aspects desperately need updating— especially the bathroom. The pool was frigid, totally unheated. Staff were not the friendliest. Heater in the room smelled horribly of burning hair.

Overall wasn’t bad. Toilet wasn’t cleaned, there was adhesive of some sort on the toilet seat. The handicap seat in the shower was broken. Staff was great though and was located near plenty of restaurants.

I normally stay at Hilton Hotel, and this place it’s just as nice if not better newly remodeled, very clean, friendly, and a great continental breakfast

They show an indoor pool its closed 4 the winter!!it was the reason we booked there very very upsetting.. when u walk in it smells like gas or some other foul smell.. refrigerator had so much ice it didn't open they had to send a new 1... keurig. Was missing top.. hair allover tub and walls soap holder had hail mold and dirt when asked to clean they attempted to remove a few hairs.. i have pictures of everything.. parking lot littered with glass bottles and cans.. im very very disappointed.. the waffle maker was messed up and burned my hand so bad..i also have pictures

Nice , clean room. Went down for early morning appoin**ents and wanted to avoid the snow. Very well kept inn.

Nice hotel, clean enough. Not overly friendly, rarely anyone at front desk. Random call on room phone at 10:45 pm to ask if we needed anything, not cool. Breakfast was very limited and vending machine coffee.

Terrible experience. Very dirty, we had to leave because of it. Dirty sheets and pillowcases and the front desk person did not call the manager, he said the room was cleaned. Do not go there
