Staff was very helpful and friendly with advice about the area. Nice to see smiling faces when checking in. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The only issue was the construction going on in the breakfast area with seating being so limited and difficult to navigate in such a confined area. I would still definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

No pool or gym was available due to construction. They also do not have a hot breakfast due to construction. We were not told this when we booked this room. If we were we wouldn’t have booked it. It does not say this info on the website. It advertises the pool, gym, and hot breakfast. There were no other open room in any other hotel on the area, we checked.

******* has this as a pet friendly hotel. It isn’t. They wouldn’t let us check in after a very long drive. You need to fix this. It’s not right. On their website it says they aren’t. But ******* says they are. So I booked with you. And couldn’t stay. I’m more than a little mad.

No mention of property being under construction when booked. This hotel was booked specifically for hot tub and pool which were closed. We not have spent all that money for this if we knew. Some compensation needs to be given to me

This brand is dependably comfortable, professional and scrupulously clean. The security measures add that extra wow!

My new favorite hotel to stay at. Was very clean, room was perfect and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Definitely will be returning.

The hotel was very nice and remodeling I was a little inconvenient but they had everything that you needed and they had a nice breakfast.

Very disappointed on the second day there was no internet which prevented me from doing work.

We booked for the hot tub & breakfast buffet. The hot tub wasn’t working and the breakfast was freezer breakfast sandwiches.
