底特律 - 特洛伊舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Detroit - Troy)

Hotel is convenient for travelling. Good service! But breakfast is too simple.

The property itself has been remodeled. However you can definitely tell that some items were skipped giving you a mixed feeling. Some areas that people pointed out: gap in the door - this is true. Mostly at the bottom of the door. Loud airconditioner - this is true as it is one of the items that appeared to have foregone the renovation. It is also visibily dirty. Cleanliness - i had two rooms. One was acceptable the other looked like it had someone in there briefly. Wrappers and unmade bed. The staff were accommodating and receptive. Overall acceptable, but left a little to be desired. Nice and safe location. Good price.

This hotel was not quiet. The walls are paper thin. Besides people yelling or slamming their doors at all hours of the night, I could hear the room next to me having their alarm go off from their cellphone for a very long time ( I have same alarm). I even heard the man urinating into his toilet. Don’t expect to have privacy if here. If it helps Everything else was great.

Check-in was quick once the front desk employee arrived after about 20 minutes. She had a situation to address. She waa courteous once she assisted me. Coffee waa cold in lobby. Cookie holder was empty. Was told they don't provide on weekends. Clock radio and phone were not plugged in. TV waa not workin. I asked for new remote control batteries. They were provided, but TV still didn't work. Walls are thin. I could hear the TV next door and the other wall, I could hear the woman talking on her cell phone. If you need a quick night, this hotel may work for you, but don't expect a fancy hotel. Bed waa ok.

We stayed for a night because my wife has an exam next day and we live 2 hr away from the center. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staffs are friendly. It was quiet.

The double beds mattress are not to comfortable. Shower handle was broken as soon as I tried to turn it on it fell right off. The inside door of my hotel room didn't turn back up it was off base so I had to use the double lock to lock my door. TV is outdated and I don't know what water you guys use maybe it's well water but I know it made my skin very dry. Won't be back

Staff was excellent, but the hotel needs a lot of up keep on it. Had to change my room twice one from the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling and then I had to change the second room from bugs that I saw( not going to go in detail) but it definetly needs work done to the rooms and housekeeping needs to be better. Highly doubt that I would stay here again. But the staff was top tier!

Pretty clean for a comfort inn, walls were thin and noise travelled easily. Good breakfast options, gym in good condition. Location is inconvenient if you don’t have a car.

For a nights stay it was fine. The outlet on the left side of the bed needs to be tightened and overall didn’t work. but I had a nice stay I would book again for a short stay.
