凱藝飯店(Quality Inn)

El personal miy amable pero el hotel malo, poco limpio, poco cómodo y con la TV estropeada. No repetiré!! Mala elecvion!!

Hôtel qui a vieilli. Si il n’y a rien à dire sur la propreté, la moquette par compte était usé et déchiré. Ma table de chevet tomber en ruine, comme si elle était rongé par des termites. Hôtel pour une nuit pas plus.

Prima hotel voor de prijs die we hebben betaald. Prima bedden, vriendelijk personeel.

Hôtel correct mais dans notre chambre le plâtre du plafond s’effrité. Services correct.

Terrible! I didn’t even stay there! Someone stole my card info and booked a room and I couldn’t do anything about it but report it to my bank. There should be stricter ways to verify a persons identity before booking a room on your credit card.

You could not access rooms unless you entered through lobby. Rooms were on 2nd floor, but no elevator. Stairwell was dirty with mirrors that were removed from rooms. No breakfast nor coffee. Cleaning staff were not friendly. Actually told us we had to go to front desk for towel. Pay later option was not effective. Credit card was used without discussion. Asked to pay cash and was told we could not. I do not think we will ever stay here again.

Staff very friendly, and hospitable. Property is under renovation, there were some cosmetic flaws wth the room, im sure will be updated once renovations are completed.

We reserved two rooms one for 7 days the other for two. Our room keys stopped working aftet 3 days. The continental breakfast wad non ecistent for 5 of the 7 days

There was no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. There was no bread for toast. The eggs I don’t think were eggs. Would not stay here again.
