We have been here a week now and it seems like the price keeps going up it's not like others we have stayed at where the price goes down a little bit

This place was so disgusting and they charged way too much for this place. There were people all around there with ankle monitors on loitering. We go into a cramped a little room the sheets and bedspreads had burn holes in them there were dead cockroaches all over the place we called the front desk he came in sprinkled some more roach powder and didn’t seem affected at all. We moved furniture and refrigerator and roaches came crawling out everywhere we immediately left the room and the front desk asked if we wanted a different room are you kidding we want the hell out of there. Do not stay here major scary drug hotel

I would never stay here again. I was given the wrong room initially and the agent didn’t believe me when I came back to change rooms. The correct room had no trash can, cigarette butts on the floor and a LIVE cockroach in the bathroom. My sister’s sheets were stained. If it wasn’t for it being the dead of the night and the agent’s initial apathy to my situation I would have raised more of a fuss but I was exhausted from my travels and wanted to rest. Your team can do so much better.

The property has a big area of opportunity, improving room cleans and free the rooms from cockroach it would their big challenge

I hate leaving bad reviews but feel anyone reading this deserves a heads up. When I first entered the room it looked very nice. Within a few seconds I started seeing cockroaches. So many cockroaches! Walking on the floors and walls. I went back to the office and did receive a refund. Hopefully it is a problem that will be dealt with.

There were a lot of sketchy people hanging around and the lady at the front desk was very rude and on her phone the whole time until she was ready to get up and check me in.

The office personnel was attentive but the property was horrible. I had to sleep in my clothes on top the spread with my coat to cover me. Filthy bathroom and no cups for water. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and overall condition of room was horrible.

Check in was 3:00. We arrived at 3:15 and were told our room wasn’t clean and it would be 3:45 before we could check in. At 4:00 we finally got keys but the room still wasn’t ready. We went to the room and waited outside the room watching the person “clean” for the next 30 minutes. We finally got in and the room stunk like stale smoke. The room was horrible. Stuff on walls we didn’t want to know about and hair on the floor. The whole room should be gutted. In the middle of the night, roaches appeared in the bathroom when we turned the light on, which made it very hard to sleep the rest of the night. And more appeared the next morning as we hurried to get out of the room as soon as possible. We wiped up water on the floor and discovered the floors were filthy black. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I’m not sure how it is rated 6/10.
