羅坎達阿爾波莫奧盧飯店(Hotel Locanda Al Pomo d'Oro)

Piccolo albergo familiare in centro a Cividale. Vecchia dimora ristrutturata con parcheggio pubblico a pochi passi. Albergo piccolo e semplice ma molto curato nei dettagli e molto confortevole. Letti comodi, doccia impeccabile, camere silenziose. Tutti gentilissimi. Davvero superlativa la colazione artigianale e casalinga come è ormai difficile trovare. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Di passaggio per lavoro, ho soggiornato in questo posto per una notte. Ambiente confortevole e pulito, propietari premurosi e cortesi. La colazione è buona, non è a buffet ma ti portano tutto quello che desideri, dolce e salato. Consigliato assolutamente.

Camere ampie e comode, come pure il bagno. Pulizia ottima, confort complessivo ottimo. Il letto è comodo e si dorme bene. Nelle vicinanze ci sono dei posti auto, non a pagamento e non custoditi. La ventola del bagno è rumorosa, ma si ferma spegnendo la luce del bagno. Ottimo il climatizzatore in camera, gestibile direttamente dal telecomando. Il servizio colazione è servito da personale molto gentile, ma ritengo il buffet ancora la soluzione migliore: la mancanza del buffet ed il dover chiedere al personale, per me è un elemento negativo, anche se non incide sulla qualità complessiva.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia 5 notti ad agosto. La locanda si trova praticamente nel centro di Cividale ed il parcheggio gratuito si trova a circa 100metri di distanza. Nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti, noi siamo andati un paio di volte al 4S, cinque minuti a piedi, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La stanza si trovava al secondo piano e per accedervi bisognava salire una breve scala esterna (con montacarichi se necessario) ed una interna senza ascensore. Era una quadrupla con un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo ed un divano letto. Frigo bar, SKY e aria condizionata inclusa. Nonostante le dimensioni non fossero proprio esagerate ci stavamo comunque comodamente. Anche il bagno era abbastanza spazioso con rifornimento quotidiano del kit di cortesia. Pulizia ottima, sia della stanza che del bagno. Al piano terra c'è un locale sicuro dove poter mettere le biciclette se necessario. La gentilezza del personale era esemplare, il titolare era molto preparato e ci dava consigli ed informazioni sui vari tour che potevamo fare fornendoci anche materiale a supporto. Colazione ottima, ogni mattina ci portavano assaggi di torte fatte in casa, frutta, uova e quant'altro veniva chiesto . Sia il titolare che la figlia che la signora che ci portava la colazione si premuravano giornalmente di sapere come era andata la giornata precedente. Direi che l'attenzione al cliente in questo posto la fa da padrone. Complimenti.

My wife and I stayed here at the end of a self-guided bicycle tour. The hotel facilities were very nice. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and beds were comfortable. But, the primary reason I'm writing this review is the absolutely outstanding customer service we were provided. We mailed a package on our last day in Italy. There were multiple problems of our causing with that mailing. The hotel staff repeatedly assisted us in solving our issues with the package. They continued to assist for over a month after we left the hotel. They had zero responsibility for our package, but helped us each time we emailed them. We greatly appreciated their assistance and wanted everyone to know about these good people.

Really lovely location near one of main squares. Smart room with view of Slovenian hills. Highlight was breakfast with delicious cakes and eggs on terrace looking across to distant hills. Seemed that used for local business people to stay. Found nice swim spot near river. Only slight reservation was that it felt a little impersonal, which may have been as we only stayed one night.

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a cycling trip around the area, we found the staff delightful and helpful. It is a family owned hotel, and has been in the same family for 80 years. Breakfast is served by the staff, no buffet, local San Danielle prosciutto cheese, eggs anyway you want. We had half board and evening meals were provided by a restaurant in the main square a few minutes away, which worked very well, you got to see what’s happening and the menu had enough selection to keep you happy for several visits The cycling routes in Collio through the vineyards were wonderful, into Slovenia for a day, all very beautiful

Accommodated the entire hotel for my daughters wedding in August 2022. The hotel staff couldn't do enough to help. In the run up to the wedding they ensured everything was expertly arranged and the check in process was quick and easy. The staff are amazing, polite and so friendly nothing is to much trouble. They even bought the Newlyweds a wedding gift! How generous and thoughtful Breakfast was perfect and the views from the terrace are incredible. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is centrally located to explore Cividale centre and quick access to the train station for day trips away from the centre. Highly recommend this hotel if looking for a superb location in a beautiful town with traditional Italian values. Simply perfect.

Al Pomo d’Oro is perfectly located in the lovely town of Cividale, steps away from the pretty vibrant town square. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served on the sunny outdoor terrace. Highly recommend staying here for a base to explore the region!
