Vinh is a very nice host and has been very helpful to help us organise our stay. He even came to pick us up at the bus stop and drove us back. His homestay is well decorated, welcoming and comfortable. We had a great time and highly recommend this place

I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

Rustic rooms, good location, pretty amazing view over river. Staying here was very convenient as we were able to book train transport, motorbike hire, cave tour and had morning coffee/ breakfast with them. The hospitality was 10/10 and made our stay here.

訪訪客用戶I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

訪訪客We came here for food last night and as a gluten free it is so hard eating in Asia however this place was insane. They were so accomadating and I had the best meal I’ve had since traveling for 2 months. It is a family run hotel and they are the loveliest family ever and just seem so genuine we only had 12 hours in phong nha however if we had longer we would defiantly stay here .

訪訪客The owner of the guesthouse was very helpful, friendly, and spoke good English. He knew a lot about the different cave tours and tour operators, and we booked a cave tour through him. I also rented a really good mountainbike for a bicycle ride on my own around the area. We did not stay at the homestay, as we had already booked something else, but the place looked really clean, has a nice pool, and a friendly atmosphere! The owner also gave some good advice on other nice places to go further down south.

FFeatherman PeteClosed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon.
Good breakfast.
Great location for bus services.
Poor customer service for tourist amenities.
Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting.
I left before staying my second night.
I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete
