The use of firearms including, but not limited to, BB or pellet guns, fireworks, firecrackers, or explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited inside or outside the house.10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper, including, but not limited to, feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes, flushable wipes (they are not flushable for septic no matter what the package states). If it is found that anything other than toilet paper has been flushed and clog the toilet plumbing, you will be charged for damages.11. Repairs and service calls. Accidents happen. If any property gets accidentally damaged, please reach out to the host right away. Most accidents can be resolved with a simple conversation. Any need for repairs, please reach out to the host. 12. Check out is at 10am. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started. 13. The TVs are all smart TVs. Don’t forget to log out of any apps that you log into.
