В (общем ) мне понравилось, - если бы не отключили электричество на целый день, кондиционер не работал было невыносимо жарко...у меня был номер 116 wifi ели ели работал. Всё очень старое и ели дышит, заказал в баре коктейль 50 $ .мне показалось что алкоголь забыли добавить...Зато манго объелся-родом с номером растёт огромное дерево... На завтрак ходил только один раз ,потом с животом мучился....

The experience was a great one. My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay. The ambience was just wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful. It was a lot. It was so delicious. That was one of the highlights for me. The others were the friendly and courteous staff. Especially the clerk at the front desk. Mellisa. Also, the manageress was also really nice, friendly and courteous. The Manageress was really great. My wife and I talked with her for a long time. It was really nice of her to ask how was our stay. She was really pleasant and dealt well with us. The ambience was most wonderful, serene and relaxed. To be honest our stay surpassed my expectations. We will definitely be visiting again soon. To the manageress and staff, keep up the brilliant work and continue to shine West Palm.

Customer service is a 10. Every single staff member was helpful and courteous. My room was spotless, beds were luxurious and inviting. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious, everything was freshly made. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Location is extremely convenient. Highly recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

我和我的妻子二月上旬在這家酒店住過三個晚上。我們的房價很棒，乾淨又舒適。早餐是自助式的，提供各式各樣的早餐還有當地美食，這點很好；鹹魚很好吃。我們到的時候已經很累了，所以就在酒店的餐廳吃了頓晚餐，餐廳提供的是非常美味的亞洲料理。酒店裡有一個游泳池，是你一天遊玩過後放鬆放鬆雙腳的好去處。酒店的工作人員非常友善，很樂於助人。總的來説，這家酒店完全能夠滿足我們的需要，同時價格又合理。

My husband I celebrated a special occasion with a 1 night stay at Hyatt recently. The hotel was extremely busy, co check in was a little wait. We were given complementary buffet breakfast due to a room issue which we greatly appreciated! The hotel also provided a voucher for a cake of our choice at the cinnamon cafe, the red velvet was tasty! The room was clean and seemed well maintained, with a lovely view of the ocean! The wait for the hotel elevators was a bit long, again due to the number of persons staying that night... The food at the restaurant was good, the sushi was exceptional, very fresh and prepared well! The breakfast was okay but we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful and friendly customer service by all staff! We were very impressed, as this is not a norm in Trinidad (although it should be in the Travel industry!)! The only negative is that the pool area is so small, we did not get to enjoy it, as it was at max capacity when I visited it, so I didn't stay. I will definitely return, hoping it's a quieter time!
