Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the hallway. To your right are the two staircases and a kitchen. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic stove, and a kitchen table with at least four chairs, which can also be used as a laptop workspace. Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment. However, guests can use the nearby self-service laundry or request our laundry service for an additional fee. There is a bathroom next to the kitchen that also serves as a toilet. The bathroom has two walk-in showers and two raised toilets. The shower battery allows you to choose from various water simulations, including rain, waterfall, massage, and stream. Essential amenities such as towels, bed linens, soap, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed measuring 180cm x 200cm, and one cozy single-bed bedroom with a bed measuring 90cm x 200cm. Once it opens, you may park your car in the apartment's designated parking space, conveniently located in front of the entrance.
