奧勒格飯店(Allegro Hotel)

Posizione strategica in pieno centro e molto comoda per carico e scarico dei bagagli, ma da un 4 stelle con prezzi da 4 stelle, non ti aspetti le seguenti caratteristiche. Reception aperta solo fino alle 22.30, personale inesistente (la camera è stata solo riassettata, ma non pulita: c’era ancora il dentifricio nel lavandino), tovaglie della colazione sporche e mai cambiate, tazze sporche, ragnatele in camera, tende non oscuranti. Infine a colazione era possibile chiedere delle uova, ma l’abbiamo scoperto solo il secondo giorno perché una ragazza(non immediatamente identificabile come personale dell’hotel) l’ha urlato in mezzo alla sala. Inoltre non sono forniti servizi che altri 4 stelle contigui forniscono, quali il noleggio delle bici. Abbiamo poi prenotato telefonicamente e ci era stato comunicato un prezzo, che nella conferma via mail è stato aumentato: alla cortese richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato risposto in modo piuttosto piccato che probabilmente c’era stato un errore ma che comunque ci stavano proponendo un prezzo conveniente. Insomma a parte la splendida posizione e l’arredamento ricercato della hall, il rapporto qualità prezzo non regge.

地理位置優越，但隔音效果很差，浴室設備嚴重損壞，早餐非常基本，而且飯店真的很過時。該樓層沒有電梯，因此如果您搬運行李箱有困難，酒店並沒有真正計劃什麼。

Ottima posizione

It is a huge pleasure for me to send this email. We chose Allegro hotel when planing a trip to Ljubljana for a special family occasion. We loved the deco and the location was perfect. As we were a group of 8 adults traveling we emailed the hotel to request accomodation to suit all 8. The response was so helpful and received prompt correspondence reassuring that we would all be accommodated. On arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by Thomas who offered us complimentary drinks of our choice while he checked us all 8 into 4 different rooms. It was Thomas first day at the reception but he was efficient and friendly. Every morning Sara met us at breakfast with a smile and offering a warm breakfast. She was extremely helpful in arranging a stunning birthday cake for us which arrived at the Hotel on the day. It was delicious!! Thank you Sara! Through out our stay Joel was very helpful in making bookings for us for dinner in lovely restaurants, advice and inform about the city and sites. Nothing was too much for Joel and he made our stay so enjoyable. Our flights were cancelled for 24 hours and again all 8 of us were accommodated at the hotel without any inconvenience on short notice. The rooms are warm, clean, large and comfortable. We loved the deco and the location but it was all the friendly staff at this hotel who made our stay memorable.

What great hotel!! I have just returned to UK after spending an extended weekend at Allegro. It is in a fantastic location and the staff are so very much welcoming. Indeed, when my flight back to UK was cancelled, the staff were very understanding and helped me throughout the process of securing the room for another night, booking taxis etc and finding things to do for that extra day. A thank you should go to Luka for helping me arrange arrival transport but a special thank you to Joel and Sarah who were great hosts over the weekend. The room was spacious and the breakfast is plentiful. I am usually very critical in my reviews but I really cannot find anything I would improve. Very highly recommended.

Feels like a nice boutique hotel. Very eloquent interior design. Great location Breakfast is limited but good quality. Staff a nice and friendly Room was small and tight as it had ceiling eves but it was clean and comfortable. Overall I would go back there, as it was nice and comfortable. Value for cost a little high for £106 a night.

This is a quaint hotel with lots of character. It’s old but it’s in the historic part so of course. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was good and accompanied my gluten allergy. Just off the river lots of restaurants and shops. Parking is only 8 minute walk but there is a shuttle. No elevator so need to walk up stairs but they helped me with the luggage 😃

Lovely hotel on the edge of the traffic free old town. Comfortable room, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Easy walking via the traffic free area to the main sites.
