「我預訂了這家酒店，因為它靠近 IT 公園。我喜歡他們裡面有一個裁判。床上用品和毛巾很乾淨，聞起來很清新。這個地方很乾淨，我只是不喜歡桶和北斗，因為它們看起來好像沒有被清洗過。淋浴不工作，沒有加熱器。他們提供肥皂和洗髮水。如果房間裡有電熱水壺就好了。他們在大堂有一家餐廳，早餐很好。工作人員熱情好客。」

匿匿名用戶酒店地理位置很好，非常方便. 並靠近附近大型購物中心（步行5分鐘便到達）. 酒店同事服務周到熱情，房間乾淨衛生，酒店內設施很新穎. 自助早餐不過不失，只不過是酒店兩部電梯中其中一部電梯壞了，需要等多一會才有電梯乘搭. 如果下次來這裏也會考慮住宿這間酒店

Jjulienne yang飯店的服務人員都很親切，飯店住兩天需要付1000元押金，我們有提早報到 但是飯店仍願意讓我們提早入住，優點是該有的所有必需品均有提供，唯獨浴室的乾溼分離需要加強，尤其是蓮蓬頭下沉的洩水可能不夠，再者，沐浴乳的壓瓶不是很友善，擠很多下都只有一些些，電視的畫質有點差，冷氣也有點大聲，加上是靠馬路的房間，所以外頭聲音有點吵，建議還是帶耳塞
優點的部分，可以提及早餐的部分，雖然是涵蓋在費用裡面 但是一點不馬虎，有各式餐點可以選擇，可以參考附件，一份的份量讓我們飽到中午幾乎不用吃，所以可以考慮看看

Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold.
Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath.
Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm)
Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this.
Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks.
I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction.
The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance.
Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels.
The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a ****** player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk.
The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay.
Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect.
Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

匿匿名用戶結論是菲律賓還是太窮了，這算是宿務最好的**了吧，配套酒店衹開了一家。衞生都沒搞乾淨，浴缸看起來很噁心，浴鹽絲瓜絡更加沒有，在樓下打了快300分也沒有房間送，千里迢迢來這個玩度個什麼假？早餐看起來很好選擇很多，但是口味很一般。

Also, i like the Fluffy Good pillows provided its really fluffy good! Breakfast is ok and the rooms are clean and nature, environment friendly. Provided shower gel (toiletries) is ok and for a nice simple hotel at it's class definitely i give it all a thumbs up!

FFulgencio Polthe place is just out a bit from the city center but it is jst beside the road, a few japanese restaurant in the area, burger king and jollibee is also a walking distance. the staff are friendly they will let you checkin an hour early but very strick on check out. I ask to clean my room while I was away early but when I return about 11:30 still not clean and they cane around 2 pm already I was in the room and resting so just refuse to let them in. bed is good firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket. AC is working somehow I heard water dropping from the top I think its from the other aircon drain. string water pressure had a hot water its just take a while before it get hot. had a bedit and kettle.

訪訪客用戶The staff are friendly and helpful, they helped us arrange rentals for scooters. But the hotel itself is a little rundown. The room isn't the greatest and doesn't really have a window. But it's just a short walk from mango avenue so if you don't need comfort and just want a cheap place to stay, could be a good option.
