My room was wonderful, kept clean and the staff were helpful whenever I had special requests helping me to print notes for a meeting late at night. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The shower pressure was great and the facilities were well appointed I enjoyed the pool which felt like a little secret garden in the middle of a busy trip

I was in and out of this hotel from March to May 2021, whilst travelling for work. The rooms differ in layout, but are generally comfortable and kept very clean. Most of the staff are polite, helpful and kind - sadly there’s one or two exceptions, which lowered my rating. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel if the location is convenient for you!

I had to stay at Murex for a few days the time to find a place to rent for a few months. The big drawback is the staff, especially at the restaurant on the first floor. They are not that interested in helping, ride with some clients, often text on their phones. Some Do the minimum, others are nicer but in a minority. Restaurant first floor is “ok” although on the expensive side for the quality. The Lebanese restaurant at the top floor is nicer. The Lebanese manager there is nice and helpful. Rooms are just ok. Clean. I would not recommend this hotel until the management does its job: training its staff.
