Rooms are outdated, walls are dirty, and breakfast is below average for a 4-star hotel. The balcony was exactly at the emergency stairs, which people were using to go down to the restaurant, no chance to enjoy the view as everyone was looking at you. Don't accept room 129. The receptionist gave totally false information. We asked for a suttle at 3 o'clock a.m., she said that it is useless to go so early for a flight at 6 and told us that if the taxi comes at 4 will be completely enough as the airport will be emply. Not only this, but she told us that the price is 35 euro(1 5 min drive max). It's totally wrong! The taxi was late, asked for 55 euro, and the airport was full with a huge queue for the luggage drop off. Don't trust anything they tell you, this woman put us in a terrible situation, running along the airport at 5 oclock in the morning is not the best Saturday experience. And the hotel claims to be an airport/conference hotel, too, l.e. they are supposed to know how the airport functions. Location is also average, difficult to access anything without a car, taxi is extremely expensive. 70 euro to go to Palermo (13 km). The hotel was supposed to provide an early breakfast package, nothing like this, even though we were assured the night before. We are with two kids, at least for them it would have been nice to give them sth to eat. Very disappointing.

Great price and amenities. Very close to many bars and restaurants (10-minute walk). Right across the street from the ocean. Rooms are small but nice. Bar on the premise and restaurant also. Staff very accommodating and polite. They also greeted me when they seen me coming in or going out.

我的全家在巴勒莫馬雷度過了愉快的時光。我們住在斯費拉卡瓦洛（Sferracavallo）的一間帶廚房和露台的小公寓，俯瞰著海港。我們的孩子有自己的房間和浴室，而我和我的丈夫則喜歡有露臺的臥室。空調運作良好，吊扇非常有用，尤其是在晚上。房間乾淨、明亮、佈置舒適。 一樓有一家著名的麵包店，所以每天早上我們都會購買美味的餡餅（我最喜歡的是帶有巧克力片的 Treccia）。我們真的很喜歡廚房裡的咖啡和摩卡咖啡，這樣我們就可以在露臺上吃早餐，看著來來往往的船隻。 我們租了一輛車，所以我們使用了私人停車場（每天額外收費 10 歐元）。我強烈推薦住在美麗的巴勒莫馬雷的斯費拉卡瓦洛酒店！ PS 別忘了去屋頂露台！

Accoglienza, pulizia, disponibilità, familiarità e umanità... sono ingredienti basilari (non scontati) per un ” piatto” prelibato da offrire agli ospiti. Sab e domenica 10/11 febbraio trascorso con due gruppi squadra (50 persone circa) dove si è respirato solo benessere. Grazie al direttore Massimo e ai suoi collaboratori Stefania, Rosy, Salvatore, Danilo e Giacomo...e a tutti quelli che hanno operato dietro le ”quinte”. Francesco Lamanna.

A fuir!!!!!propriétaire mal honnête Nous étions 4 personnes, ils nous ont fait payer 2 chambres alors que 1 chambres suffisait vu que nous avions une nos chambres 2 lits de 2 personnes !!! Via booking, il était impossible de louer 1 chambres de 4 personnes alors que c est faux . De plus les 2 nuits que nous étions la il y a 2 soirées privées, musique forte ,Dj .Donc pas de restauration, piscine fermée a cause des soirée privée !le propriétaire n a pas eu l honnêteé de nous prévenir ! Le ptit déjeuner non ravitailler ! Donc a 8h30 vous prenez ce qu il reste.Pas petit dejeuner ou encas prévu si vous partez plus tôt pour aéroport alors que vous avez payé les petits déjeuner !La piscine trouble.la salle de vétuste, la douche on a pas de place pour se laver correctement, obliger d ouvrir la paroi en accordéon pour se savonner! La paroi de douche qui était cassé . Cet hôtel est là que pour ce faire de l argent .propriétaire mal honnête. Aucun geste financier pour ces désagréments .j appelle ça des VOYOUS DES BANDITS
