Friendly reception. Easy to book via hotel website which made check-in quick an efficient. Room on second floor - accessible via lift or stairs - quiet and spacious. Large bathroom with roomy shower and good water pressure. Plenty of towels . Large and comfortable king-size bed . Plenty of storage space for bags. TV - French, Spanish & German channels . The air con was a bit of a puzzle, but we got it working Car-park with gate and cameras . Nearby restaurants, shops and cinema and close to the motorway . We did not have breakfast but it is a self service buffet and seemed to offer lots of choice.

B & B hotels are generally basic, but good value. This one was certainly basic, had several added advantages:- A proper reception desk - nominally manned 24 hours a day, but the receptionist clearly had other duties so sometimes needed to be sought out; very pleasant and helpful staff; an excellent location by the train station and a short walk across the river from the town centre; good view (from our room) over the river to the town. Sadly the on-site restaurant was closed throughout our stay, but I would nonetheless rate the place as very good for the price we paid.

Das nächtliche Einchecken per Automat war spannend - wir waren wohl zu müde, um das Prinzip zu verstehen 🙃. Zum Glück war der telefonische Concierge erreichbar und hat alles gut erklärt. Das Zimmer - dezenter Geruch nach Urin. Das erklärte sich, weil offensichtlich jemand die Toilette genutzt und nicht gespült hatte. Auch sonst alles sehr mäßig gereinigt (Haare auf den Fliesen, Kalkverkrustungen) und mäßig Instand gehalten. Der Teppich ein echter Graus.... Wir mussten früh weiter und waren auf das Frühstück um sieben Uhr pünktlich angewiesen. Aber nein, auch das nicht. Frühstück erst ab 7.30 Uhr, anders als auf der Website vermerkt. Also nein - wir kommen nicht wieder

When we checked in the deposit in amount of 140 EUR was taken from the credit card. At the moment of check out, they said that the deposit was canceled and it should be returned in two days. However, it has been 4 full days already, and still no money are returned. They refuse to provide any tracking number for the transaction, and just keep repeating the same thing “we have canceled the deposit, please wait”. After I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the deposit was never canceled. So I consider their actions fraudulent and awful in regards of customer service. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone!

Très bon hôtel. Je n ai pas pris le petit dej.

Pour une nuit nous avons été satisfait par le calme et le confort de la chambre et de son balcon. La literie était top mais les oreillers beaucoup moins. Petit bémol sur l’absence de porte à la salle de bain-WC, peu pratique et l’éclairage d’appoint un peu complexe.
