城市中心普瑞米爾飯店(Wolverhampton City Centre)

Arrived at hotel to find it was closed and advised to contact alternative hotel 5 miles away. Hard when you’ve arrived on foot! Apparently Premier Inn had changed my booking - without confirming it was convenient - to the hotel 5 miles away. WARNING - Future bookings are still being taken on the Premier In. Website yet the hotel is “closed till further notice” and no indication if/when it will open again. AVOID at all costs

Great little hotel, with incredibly friendly staff- the only drawback was that our door to our premium room didn’t lock; we were moved to a regular room, but one of our breakfasts were comped because of this. The very kind staff leant us a power adapter, as we forgot to bring ours. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel closed and no info from premier inn to inform us. Arrived and its a building site. Note on door to contact another hotel 5 miles away. Reason we had booked here was walking distance to family at Christmas but they said no compensation would be available? We didn't pay cheap either and there is no customer service. No email etc to tell us booking had been changed ? Never again and I was a loyal customer

Very good location and the staff are friendly but the site really did require a refurb. There's premier plus which is new but the premier standard rooms are very outdated, it was giving very old Care Home or borderline Britannia vibes. The ground floor was blocked for construction so they may be changing the rooms currently but it's currently definitely all changed. It does provide a different experience in terms of stay.

Hotel itself was good, clean and comfortable. Car was stolen from the car park overnight. Turns out others had been stolen in the week as well, staff were not at all surprised when we told them. So if you valve your car I highly wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hôtel situé proche de la gare mais sans nuisance sonore ! Grand parking (hélas payant, 3 livres sterling par nuit) excellent accueil par le personnel. Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Grande salle de bain, mais avec baignoire et pommeau de douche fixe...petit déjeuner servi dans le bâtiment d'à côté, mais bien fourni et très bon, je conseille vivement cet hôtel

Comfortable, warm room with good pillows, even though the double bed was a standard size. Left luggage facility if arriving earlier than stated check-in time. Breakfast is served in the nearby restaurant across a walkway. £3 car parking charge if travelling by road. By rail, there is no longer a direct footpath (fenced off) from the mainline railway station, thus necesitating a long circuitous walk and crossing main roads. Particularly enterprising and efficient service from the deputy manager, Calvin, who resolved an email data privacy issue to our satisfaction. 5 stars for the latter! One of the two lifts was out of order during our stay. The other requires a keycard swipe when calling it from the ground floor, good for security. Nonetheless, this would benefit from an explanatory sign as we were not the only ones to initially use the stairs by mistake and with our suitcases, thinking that the second lift was also out of order.

Nice location convenient for everything. Staff really friendly car park handy and good value at £3 for the stay. Pub onsite nice staff very friendly. Will be returning for a stay between Christmas and new year. Mucg better experience here than a hotel we paid more than double for in Wolverhampton previously.

The bathroom was a proper wheelchair accessible wet room, but the bedroom wasn’t. Not enough room to transfer to bed and would be better with a double bed with plenty of room on each side depending which is your best transfer side. The 2nd bed made it very hard to do that. The bathroom door was extremely hard to slide as well. Other than that the room was clean and confortable enough. Extra pillows at top of wardrobe hard to reach.
