阿扎飯店 - 溫泉3000 - 薩瓦飯店及度假村(Hotel Ajda - Terme 3000 - Sava Hotels & Resorts)

Gekozen voor deze locatie vanwege de veelvoud aan zwembaden. De nieuwe appartementen (Deluxe) zijn heel netjes, het gehele resort bestaat al sinds jaren ‘80 en helaas is het gedateerd. Binnen zwembaden zijn ok/goed, echter buitenzwembaden en glijbanen zijn echt aan vervanging toe (scheuren, kapotte/ontbrekende tegels) en hygiëne is niet optimaal. Al met al, krappe voldoende door recente nieuwbouw, al hoop ik dat ze nu buitenzwembaden rigoureus opknappen,

We have just arrived at the hotel and it seems like we are back in the eighties. 1. First of all, the hotel is under renovation, we made a reservation via *********** and no one informed us about it. 2. The pictures of the rooms and the hotel are not related to the hotel and mainly belong to Terme 3000, the water park. 3. Everything is not look good, it looks neglected and dirty, and there are no electrical outlets near the bed. There are cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. 4. The balcony has no privacy and is outdated. I asked in advance for a high floor and a view, and although they approved my request, we got a room on the first floor. Avoid coming here!

Everything was fine, except for the lifeguards talking very loudly in the sauna area or sleeping inside their cabins with the lights off. Avoid the Terme 3000 if you want to relax because there you will find children screaming and diving.

Just got back from a very pleasant long weekend at this Slovenian spa. All types of indoor and outdoor pools, golf course, comfy rooms complete with the local specialty of pillows filled with buckwheat husks ( helps with snoring, stiff necks etc.) We were on half board and must say the food (IMO) was very good. Great selection, relaxed a**osphere, self service buffets, many local Slovenian specialties. A couple of negatives, the air conditioning and small fridge in the room were switched off which could be a problem as the weather gets warmer. All in all a very relaxing weekend! I hope we will visit again next year. Very handy for Bratislava, Brno, Vienna etc.

We spent a wonderful long family weekend in Ajda. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is delicious with a great variety and selection to choose from. We spent our days in the pools and saunas, and enjoyed every minute of it. Ajda is beautifully renovated, and the only thing missing is evening entertaiment – Taverna was open only on Friday, and game room was also closed this time. Never the less we will definitly come back.

Ajda hotel and the pool, used to be a very well balanced in quality for money. Recently, the quality is deteriorating and the way downhill is only accelerating. In the period 11-13 March 2022, we have experienced the worst service ever at this hotel. Especially the pool, there was no cleaning whatsoever in the toilets, paper towels ran out in a few hours, no hand sanitizer at all for all three days. Especially Sunday, with quite some visitors, the wardrobe floor got really dirty, hair, dust, all kind of waste, towels,... never got cleaned all day long. The lifeguards spent most of the time smoking behind the premises, never showed up in the pool area, when on duty, all their attention was to YouTube on the computer screen. Not to mention, the sauna sheets ran out mid-day Saturday. The dark green color of pool water must have been an indicator of extra health, I would imagine. Sorry for seeing this place gone so bad, we are not returning.

Úžasná dovolená s vnoučaty. Velký pokoj v prvním patře s terasou. Čistota super, jídlo taky.

V tomto hotelu jsme strávili dovolenou již před 2 lety. Na základě spokojenosti jsme přilákali naše dobré přátele. Bohužel jsme byli nepříjemně překvapeni. Za mnohem vyšší cenu jsme našli sníženou úroveň. Na zařízení i službách hotelu se negativně podepsala pandemie. Lockdown nebyl využit k obnově či úklidu, naopak. Bazény s léčivou vodou vypuštěny (bez jakékoliv omluvy či vysvětlení). Saunový svět v provozu jen z třetiny. Stánek s občerstvením uzavřen (při plné obsazenosti hotelu), Fun zóna pro děti i dospělé zcela mimo provoz (v těchto prostorách skladiště). Naše pokoje byly malé (s tím jsme počítali), ale lůžko šíře 160 cm nepatří do dvoulůžkového pokoje. Prodávat jednolůžkové pokoje za cenu dvoulůžkového? Naštěstí zůstalo i něco k pozitivnímu hodnocení, a to gastronomie. Rozmanitost stravy i chuťové zážitky vyvážily negativní dojmy z výše popsaného. Bohužel se však do tohoto hotelu už nevrátíme.
