昆尼西亞斯B＆B賓館(Kunesias B&B)

Claudio was very friendly and helpful. This was a good place for the night. The rooms are simple and clean, nothing fancy. If you require pick up from the airport, take him up on his offer because it's less than a taxi and less hassle for you. We were able to walk to a good pizza restaurant that Claudio had recommended. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with good coffee.

When we arrived we were greeted at the secure gate by Claudio. He immediately welcomed us in and showed us our way around the breakfast area for the next morning. We were then shown to our rooms. Before departing us he made sure that we were happy with everything. It appeared that our rooms had been newly renovated. They were quite lovely. Additionally they were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The self serve breakfast the next morning included many offerings: croissants, fruit, cheese, yogurt, toast, coffee, juice and more. It was more than sufficient for us. For the rate and proximity to the airport, this was a good option :)

Excellent property to stay in when you have a flight out of Palermo. We used this area as a home base to tour Western Sicily, convenient to make to to Trapani, Agrigento and if we had more time we would of went to Marsala. Overall good breakfast options, clean rooms, pleasant staff.

Room very clean, comfortable. It is in a close neighborhood so was a little noisy early evening but quiet while sleeping. All part of an experience in a crowded Italian neighborhood. We only stayed one night before flying out very early so didn’t get to experience breakfast or much of the property.

Camera buona e spaziosa, il bagno grande con una doccia altrettanto grande, l’unica pecca è che per andare in camera al secondo piano la scala è esterna e in ferro. Colazione varia con un po’ di tutto dal dolce al salato, con vari succhi e un buon caffè.Comunque un b&b ottimo, lo consigliò senz’altro.

Nous avions réservé une chambre double, nous avons eu une chambre triple, qui, de ce fait, est réduite avec le lit en trop (même en comptant la salle d'eau, les 20 m² n'y sont pas. Rien à voir avec les photos...De plus, située au 2ème étage sans ascenseur et des marches très hautes: séniors, attention ! Sinon, bon accueil, propre, et jolie salle d'eau (malgré la lunette des toilettes cassée). Literie fatiguée. Un peu cher pour rapport qualité/prix.
