頂峰飯店(The Summit Hotel)

The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. We were not told prior to check-in. The checkout was even more stressful. More than the prescribed amount, $50 more, was charged to my debit card on the day of check-in. When I professionally inquired with Addie at the front desk, I was told that it is a regular practice to overcharge for expected incidentals and, then, I should be credited in approximately 2 days. We’ll see. Addie’s peer, decided to step in and combatively school me on hotel procedures. I am a world traveler and do not require such lessons. When I said that the hotel may be making interest on all of its clients’ money between the overcharge and the refund she became even more belligerent. Her name was similar to Monique. She kept sarcastically saying, “Have a great new year!” This occurrence wiped out any pleasure from the stay. It was to have been a respite from caring for my elderly parent. It was our 1st at The Summit and will be our last.

All the staff was super nice. Hotel is awesome, the kids loved all the art around the hotel. The bar with the overlook is also cool.

The coffee pot was leaking heavily making a mess. They “ran out of glasses” to send with breakfast we ordered for room service.

This hotel is absolutely stunning as was the decor for the rooms.

The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. The parking garage is within the hotel and there’s an entrance directly into the hotel from the parking garage so you never have to deal with weather. The hotel is decorated very elegantly but in a modern and somewhat minimalist way. I LOVED the room and the two complimentary water bottles and hand sanitizer provided. This was my second time staying here. I see myself staying here every time I visit Cincinnati.

Great property if you are travelling with dogs. Convenient to have the little kitchen

Nice modern hotel with well appointed, well decorated rooms. There was almost no noise at night, very quiet, serene, relaxing atmosphere Front desk staff was friendly/helpful enough. Unfortunately, parking was a joke. They advertise free parking but only have a limited amount of spots. 75ish free parking spaces for 300+ guest rooms means the free parking area fills up QUICK on weekends. Once the spots are filled you can either park down the hill and across the street in a gravel lot or you can pay for valet. There is a perfectly good second level in the parking garage that they could allocate 1/2 of for free parking but they shut that whole upper level off for Valet so that they can earn an extra $20+tips per night. Very, very shady business. All 4 pillows on the bed were very large and poofy. If thick pillows hurt your neck, be sure to bring thinner pillows from home. Not sure why they don't put a thick pillow and thin pillow on each side like most hotels??
