Review The floor was dirty upon entering the property due to construction and there was dirt on the floor. The landlord communicated that an AC unit had leaked from the previous tenant and they had done drywall repair between tenants. We had to empty bucked from the stand alone AC units about every four hours and couldn’t leave them on when leaving the house. We emptied the buckets promptly once they were half full. It was not expected that we would have to do chores for our AC unit, as it was not in the listing. The trash was full when we arrived and we couldn’t get the wifi to work.
