丘拉維斯塔聖地亞哥南舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Chula Vista San Diego South)

Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and no housekeeping for all 8 nights. House keeping is extremely understaffed and front desk mentioned that they only focuses on cleaning rooms that are checking out for the day. By the third/fourth night, we went to the front desk to ask for refresh of the room. Nothing happened the next morning. We went to the front desk again the next few nights and still no house keeping. As we are going to zoos and parks, we are typically out of the room by 8:30-9am. Sound also travels between rooms as we hear quite a bit of noise from the adjacent room. Also they will charge you a dollar a night for the safe in the room. Otherwise, they have good hot breakfast, a pool and laundry facilities which is a bonus and Burger King is right beside the hotel if you need a quick meal.

Hotel was fine. We had very noisy people in the room next to us who were loud and partying all night during our last night there so we didn’t not sleep at all. We had to complain to management several times. The manager Alejandra kept giving us the run around when we requested some sort of refund as we got no sleep at all. She refused to meet with us, told her staff to tell us to ask for a refund by connecting with hotels.ca which is how we booked. When we did that and they emailed her for some sort of compensation she refused. She also would not take phone calls or at least have the decency to speak to us in person. Terrible manager. If you can’t deal with issues that need to be addressed with people who stay in your hotel, don’t get your staff to do your dirty work, you shouldn’t be a manager.

Excelente servicio, todos sus empleados muy amables y siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda. Fabuloso que puedan entender y contestar en español.

Muy buen precio y ubicación. La propiedad la remodelaron hace muchos años y le falta mantenimiento. Nuestro aire acondicionado tuvo un ruido todo el tiempo y el cuarto olía a humedad. Si vas a llegar solo a dormir, el precio es de lo mejor en la zona

Excelente lugar, accesible, cerca de todo, desayuno riquísimo, personal muy amable y las habitaciones muy cómodas!! Ampliamente recomendable!!

I don't recommend Comfort Inn. Despite my stay was pre-paid via ******* they charged some "safe fee" from the card I provided for the security deposit. The most interesting they charged that fee few days after stay when the security deposit was already returned. I called to the support asking for refund but that didn't help. I won't be staying in this or any other Comfort Inn ever again because of this.

The smell when you enter in the place reminds you of a very old office building. The linens are scratchy. The Washer and dryers are broken. The staff service is hit or miss. They have a preference as to which guest they like to cater to. Breakfast is better somewhere else. the upside is it's close to Target Bonita and the freeway. you'll get what you pay for.
