Hotel was understaffed. Room was dirty not cleaned our whole stay. Had to hunt down staff who preferred to be outside smoking and hanging with friends. Was offered bath mats in lieu of towels as they were out. Hard to believe as I paid $750 for weekend, which itself was overpriced. Breakfast ****** out of coffee in hour in and juice machine was broken. One maid I saw was unprofessional in dress and attitude. Wouldn’t let my dogs stay here. Heard traffic noise and slamming doors most of night.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! My daughters and I left this hotel shortly after check in. We discovered a hair ball in the comforter, human fluid on the bathroom walls, stains on the carpet and sheets. The hotel was unable to change our room, because they said they were fully booked, so we left and went to another hotel close by.

Our experience was unfortunately awful. The employees were very helpful and polite. But the room experience really made our visit difficult. We first checked into our room and unpacked. The room was getting warm so we went to turn on the a/c and the unit did not work. I went downstairs and they had to move us to a different room, so everything that we just finished unpacking we had to move to a new room with a working a/c. We left the room for the day and when we came back we put on the a/c and after about a half hour the a/c unit stopped working. We had to move all of our stuff again into another room. Ever time we moved the staff was very helpful, but we had to move 3 different times, which really ******. Unfortunately, I would never go back. I already started looking for other hotels in the area for our next trip.

Arrived at the hotel right before check-in started and waited 20 minutes at the front desk with no one there to help. Phone was ringing off the hook and finally staff member showed up and didn’t apologize for no one being there. Then each time I left the hotel, the front desk staff was outside smoking by the front door as the phone rang and people were lined up waiting to check in. Also, this is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it’s right on 81 but seems like if you’re that close to the interstate, you should have some sort of soundproofing on the walls and windows. I was awake all night listening to the trucks going by. Will never stay here again!

I rented three rooms from Monday to Friday and they refused to clean the rooms during the entire week. I asked them why and they said they don’t have enough stuff.

The common areas were dirty, and the breafast room was not in good working order...microwave and waffle maker were broken. Only cold foods available on a very cold rainy morning.

Stayed one night while traveling. The room itself was comfortable and perfectly fine for a night on the road. The front desk and other staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also had a decent free breakfast in the morning with good coffee and hot and cold options. All that being said, while at first glance the surfaces in the room were clean, there were a few bothersome things that caused me to knock off a couple of stars from this review. First, upon entering the elevator there was a very strong, unpleasant odor. Only one elevator seemed to be working and this smell was there the whole time. I had to hold my nose as it became so strong. At first it sort of smelled like the strong sulphur odor after a match is lit but more intense. In the room itself, the bottom of the inside of the shower curtain had a whole bunch of light reddish brown gunk on it. In addition, there was thick, black mold inside the rim at the front of the toilet bowl. Finally, a few sticky spots in the carpet that were noticeable when barefoot. There was no hair dryer in the room so I called down to the desk to ask if there was supposed to be one. The very nice young lady there said there is supposed to be one but unfortunately people had been stealing them lately. She said she had an extra one and would bring it to our room. Within two minutes she was there with a nice hair dryer. I tried to give her a tip but she refused. As I said, she and the other staff were all extremely nice!

The woman at the front desk provided good customer service. The hotel overall - hallways, elevator, and room - was dirty. The bathroom tub drained very slowly. The pool was cold. I asked several staff, and no one knew when - or whether! - the owner/managed planned to fix the pool. All in all, save your money and stay elsewhere!

The staff were exceptionally friendly. They served a standard breakfast. The elevators need to have their carpets removed and the vents sanitized. There was a terrible smell. They also had smokers at the entrance instead of a place for them to sit in comfort.
