We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend it. (especially after trekking) It has an nice pool, super friendly and helpfull staff and a delicious buffet every day! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked the herratige room which was very luxurious!

For an affordable option, I found this hotel to be very very good. I plan to return and bring my team of volunteers who are coming to do a free dental clinic in the mountains between here and Kathmandu. The whole staff was very accommodating, and I really enjoyed my room! I was overlooking the pool, and discovered that each patio has a ceiling fan. It was a peaceful place for me. I was there for two full days. The bathroom was really nice! As a dental hygienist, I was really tickled to find two toothbrushes in the bathroom!! I found the bed comfortable, and although the pillow wasn’t the best, I had brought my own, so it didn’t matter. The food was really good at the restaurant. I bought the package, so I did the canoe ride, the baby elephant center, and the elephant ride in the afternoon. I also did the sunset excursion the night before. After dinner that evening, then I went to the cultural Center. The cultural center doesn’t give you much information. They do a lot of cultural dancing with drums that are very loud because they use these metal finger extensions. There is a wooden box that they bring out after in which you can put donations./tips. At least half of them dance their hearts out! It’s very colorful, and I found it interesting. I was, however, expecting to learn more about the local culture. And I’m told the best place to get any souvenirs is in Kathmandu. And it’s even better if you have a local go with you so that they can make sure you’re not Price gouged. While on the elephant Safari, I got to see a mother and baby rhino in the wild. TOTALLY COOL!!!! March and April is when they burn the under grasses in the forest all over the country. So the air quality is very poor. I’m told November is a better month. That’s when I plan to return. However, I am also told that the grass is much higher, and it’s a lot harder to find rhinos at that time. I think you’ll be pleased with this selection should you come to do a Safari here.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jungle Crown in Nepal. The warm welcome from the staff set the tone for our entire trip. The workers were incredibly hospitable, and their genuine kindness made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hidden gem in the heart of Nepal's jungle.

Hotel Jungle Crown was the best choice for our stay in Chitwan National Park. Even though the park was closed in August, they organised our 3 days impeccably, including safaris, canoe trips and typical experiences. Everything went perfectly, thanks above all to the competence and kindness of the manager of the entire staff, who was able to answer all our questions and came to our aid at a difficult time, with our bus was cancelled due to a landslide, offering us our room at a bargain price for an extra night.

From the moment we arrived (group of 5 Lumle tourists) we were treated like VIP’s. The manager and his staff couldn’t do enough to ensure that our 2 night stay was a comfortable one. The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds, with elephants walking past (behind the hedge on the other side of the track, close enough to see and be wowed by but not so you’re worried about safety). There’s a pool (looked good - was closed for maintenance though whilst we were there) and accommodation is in 2 storey blocks dotted around the grounds. Is a relatively small hotel in comparison to others close by. The accommodation is fabulous; wooden cabin feel over 2 storeys with air con and ceiling fan. The rooms are large with adequate storage and plug points. TV in room - didn’t use. Is a safety deposit box - didn’t use. The bathroom is a good size, rainhead shower excellent. Towels provided. Room (including bathroom) well maintained, clean and tidy. We had an issue with internal lights but hotel staff resolved super quickly and kept checking on us during our stay which was nice. More ‘user error’ than actual fault but hotel staff were lovely; coaching us on the right way. There are a few steps around the hotel so not great for mobility impaired and floors can be a little slippery when wet (it rained whilst we were there), so take care when walking around outside. The restaurant is small with a combination of booth style and table dining options for guests. Food is buffet style; great choice and really well cooked - excellent menus whilst we were there. Restaurant staff are attentive and friendly; literally can’t do enough for you. The manager is a really nice fella who chats with guests but also helps in the restaurant - again nothing too much trouble. Our guide for our stay, Sundeep; hotel staff and truly awesome too. Looked after 4 menopausal women and a doddery old bloke well. He kept our stay entertaining and truly cared enough to ensure we all had a great stay. A fabulous little hotel in an area where there are hotels a plenty. Definitely would stay again. Definitely recommended. Watch the mozi’s though - repellant required (although there is a plug in provided in each room - forgot to plug in :0(
