The hotel is good cleaned and comfortable,the crew also is approachable,the room is clean the food is good,breakfast,lunch,dinner etc. Mt. Subas Das is excellent staff and very nice to talk to, very clever and funny.

Excellent room and service and food quality for complimentary breakfast. however, Food prices are to much that needs to review and priced less. the hotel is new, neat and clean. The hotel is placed however in the most suitable position of the commercial place of agrabad. Note: Talk to them first before arrival and make sure you receive all the facilities

BW alliance hotel is so good hotel for staycasion and all staff of the hotel is very approachable, friendly and kind people. All food is good and arrangement is great. And thanks you Mr. Subas Das for very hospitality to us.

一側是 Karnaphuli 河，有駁運支線船、港口，另一側是孟加拉灣。在地平線上，班達爾班的山丘清晰可見。酒店旁邊的一個大池塘。在屋頂上，清新的風會把你吹走。這就是我在 Best Western Alliance 期間的總結。因為我們三個朋友一起去，所以我們選擇了一間普通套房。房間很寬敞，衛生間很大。我們加了一張床，他們給了我們一張小旋轉床，而不僅僅是一張我們非常喜歡的床墊。套房的客廳配有智能安卓電視，非常適合聚會。我們可以毫不費力地觀看 Netflix 或 Youtube。臥室裡還有一台更大的安卓電視。床很舒服。設施，浴室配件，咖啡機，一切都很好，房間的迷你吧價格非常合理，軟飲料按MRP收費，這在這樣的酒店中很少見。關於早餐，它很好，但種類很少。早餐無法與半島或阿格拉巴德酒店相提並論，我認為這是吉大港最好的早餐。不過，幾乎沒有什麼東西丟失了。這家酒店沒有游泳池。他們沒有酒吧執照，迷你吧里沒有酒精飲料。最糟糕的是停車設施，太恐怖了。我們的 Premio 幾乎不可能容納在停車電梯中，因為你必須側身去！！！！！！不知道是誰想出了側向驅動停車升降機的主意，這會讓很多客戶失望。接待大廳非常好，工作人員彬彬有禮。天台設有不定期營業的燒烤餐廳。我最喜歡的是這家酒店有4部電梯，所以客人不用等太久。房間地板走廊的空調也很好用，這是半島酒店所沒有的。即使在炎熱的晴天，走廊的空調也能正常工作。早餐餐廳不錯，但他們可以增加品種。請注意，他們對房間收取額外費用，與 Agrabad 和 Peninsula 一樣。總的來說，我們三人喜歡住在這裡。所有的員工，保安，前台，搬運工，銷售主管都非常親切。吉大港是一個相對較小的城市。主城可以考慮從2號門到Agrabad。這家酒店幾乎位於城市的盡頭，因此可以欣賞到一些美景。將再次訪問。

It was a great experience on our stay at the hotel Pearl. We had visited Sandip. We hired a car from the hotel with a driver. Alauddin was an excellent person. He helped us to accomplished the tour by staying always next to us. He also picked up from the airport on the day we arrived. We felt very safe and sound with him. We hired the car from hotel to Cox’es Bazar. Unfortunately he could not made it. We feel very sorry for that. He is a very nice individual. Also, we must mention about the hotel manager walli. He is such a great guy. Our chittagong trip been very much successful just becoz of his help and support. We wish both of them very good luck for their future.

Me and my family stayed here for three nights and we absolutely loved it,the staffs’ behaviour was superb and the lobby was nice and cosy.The room was very clean,comfortable and elegant, especially the beds which were so comfy.The breakfast was so yummy and delicious,and it was right next to Shangri La which is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the whole of Chittagong.Only concerns were no swimming pool but i did hear they are making one and the food in the cafe seemed a bit old.Besides those i would rate this stay a solid 4.6/5.

Pearl Harbour Business Hotel is the new name for this hotel. Located in the center of the city in a vibrant place where many stalls selling mainly shoes. Many shops, stalls and restaurants are few steps away. Room is very spacious, A/C and TV. All amenities in the toilet. Check in is very fast. Same for checking out. Breakfast is wonderful, omelette corner is unique. Friendly staff and great hospitality.
