Very happy with our visit, room was very clean could help yourself to plenty of extra tea and coffee at reception, all the staff seemed very friendly. The food in the restaurant was lovely, breakfast was perfectly cooked. My only complaint is as always in all premier inns although you have about 5 different lights to put on in your room they are still extremely dim so when trying to put your make up on its very hard to see

Comfy bed as always but the air conditioning was humming loudly all the time and maintenance me couldn't fix it. Disturbed our sleep. Also, Premier Inns apparently DO NOT PROVIDE ANY DECAFF TEA! WHYNOT? Why is the background music in the restaurant - which is owned by the same owners - Whitbread's - always so loud? Who listens to it?

We arrived on a cold rainy evening during the week and were surprised to find the parking lot quite full, luckily we were able to find a spot. The check-in was quick as we had a reservation and we were welcomed by Jordan and Maria who were very kind and helpful and gave us all the info needed, we had the feeling of very attentive service. The room was all new and modern, it had a good size and we even had a Nespresso coffee maker! Next morning we headed to the nearby restaurant and we were not expecting much but we were surprised as the food quality and variety was good and I really liked the ambient and atmosphere the decorations boosted a lot the "Christmas feeling". All in all a very pleasant experience and very recommended, we'll stay here when we'll visit Chippenham again.

A great Premier Inn experience. It was easy to park and check-in, even though we arrived after 10pm. The room itself was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a view of some trees and hill from the window as we were at the back of the hotel. The bathroom was clean and modern. We had a great night’s rest and felt refreshed to continue our drive the next day.

Excellent stay. Hotel is really easy to get to as it us near both the town centre and the M4. Easy to park and the rooms are really nice and excellent value for money. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Had a superb night's sleep - first time I have not woken up in the middle of the night for ages.

Great service, staff friendly and responsive to our requests. lovely spacious room. Great location for our onward trip. Ideal for a family, couple or single person visiting close by locations at a fraction of the price. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service clean and refreshing, and the staff were fantastic and polite especially a staff member called Tony who was very helpful 😀 rooms were very well presented and hotel in general was lovely. Definitely stay there again. Fantastic

Servizio pessimo, ci hanno dato camera disabili e il wc era sporco di cacca. Volevamo riposarci, ma per quanto era sporco abbiamo preferito uscire, siamo tornati giusto per dormire un paio d’ore e siamo scappati. Alla reception ovviamente non c’era nessuno per poter fare un reclamo…bene! Mai piu questa catena di hotel

Decent enough hotel and the new Premier Plus rooms are nice. Problems started at check-in when I asked for my Wi-Fi code that I had paid for in advance. Was bluntly told no code, no Wi-Fi, no refund. Shocking customer service.

No WIFI which was a significant issue as I wanted to do some work in the evening. Other than that all good and the staff were lovely. The WIFI wasn't their fault and they obviously couldn't resolve it

Premier inn are always our first choice for short stays and you know what your going to get Room and staff were great, but only four stars on this occasion due to the adjacent Brewers Fayre disposing of the previous nights bottles into the recycling at 7am and waking us up. Then realised no cups/mugs on tea and coffee tray resulting in an unplanned trip to reception.

It's a premier inn, so it has all the things you've seen before with amenities in the room and the restaurant next door etc. The staff here were really great, super friendly and called before we came to see if they could do anything for us, left candy in our room, and it's the little touches like that which people remember, so good on you! Only real downer is the standard premier inn thing of a hot room! the window is the only option to cool, which makes for a warm nights sleep, but it's not the end of the world! Good value, good location, would come back!
